Absolutely do not recommend unless you want a company to never call you back or answer their phone...The units are decent but the customer service sucks!Stay far far away!!!The first time it took over 2 weeks to call me back about my unit and now i'm currently on day 3 waiting for them to call me back since i've cleaned out our unit.Will be reporting them to the BBB if i don't hear from them soon.

Update- Out son ended up not renting the unit, however we continue to be charged for it. The lease can be broken at any time so that’s not the issue, and our son never even used it. The issue is they say they’re available 6a-10p 7 days/week however nobody answers the phone nor returns calls. Our son’s roommate is renting a unit and after not being able to access the unit or get in touch with someone for days, nobody is responding to him, either. I would give them a negative star review if possible.

We rented a unit for our son and his roommate to store things in between semesters. It is literally move out/storage day and they can’t access the unit and nobody is answering the phone or calling us back. It’s been 2 days now we are left scrambling to find another storage unit, even though we’ve paid for this one. Will definitely be calling my credit card company to dispute charges.
