I wish I could say I had the same experience as the rest of these reviewers, but the disrespect that I dealt with when inquiring about the Mini Split ARU-H12-A1/INVL-US earlier this week assured I would never do business with this company. Luckily there are plenty of other options out there. I am happy for the people that were actually treated like human beings, instead of a second class citizen. They are lucky that there isn't an option for zero stars, because that's what I would give if possible.

First of all, great customer service. As for the equipment, i am extremely satisfied with the Aurus inverter system. It is easy to install, very energy efficient and reliable. As a HVAC technician in Arizona for the past 10 years these mini splits are just as good if not better than most competing brands (Daikin, Fujitsu) for a fraction of the cost. I highly recommend Aurus as first option when installing a mini split or replacing a mini split.
