I highly recommend United Power Group. I was having a hard time finding a good rate for my business and they found me the best deal. They went above and beyond and the customer service is amazing. They follow up to make sure you understand everything and if you have questions they will promptly get you answers.

Anastasia was very informative and helpful with everything she explained to me. I normally wouldn’t speak with telemarketers but I’m so glad I did on the day she called for United Power Group. These people are relentless and I feel like I am being stalked. After they tried to get me to sign some bs contract, I told them I was not interested in their "services." After some weeks past a girl calls to ask if she can help us lower our bill with our electric provider. I told her if she could lower it without us switching providers that would be great. After I hung up the phone with her, the first guy I had been speaking with at upg called and said that the girl works with him. They had her call me to trick me into talking to them again!!! Unbelievable! I told them all to never call me again and I had to block all their numbers.
