Nice, modern, clean, organized, big events, Blackhawks, bball games, etc. Suites are nice with the dessert cart coming around. Bathrooms are clean. Fun fun fun! Parking is free. I loved the dessert cart! Great Blackhawks cookie! You cannot bring any big bag. They won’t let you in. It must be under 10” x 6” x 2”. No backpacks or other bags are allowed. Exceptions for guests with required medical equipment. Bag check locker rentals are available at the Uber Zone entrance near Madison St. and Wood St. You also go through a scan.

I love the United Center to watch the Chicago Bulls! It was a great night watching the Bulls beat the Miami Heat. It was also White Sox Night. πŸ€πŸ–€πŸ€β€οΈπŸ€

I recently attended a Bulls game at the United Center, and I have to say it was an incredible experience from start to finish. Getting in and finding our seats was surprisingly easy β€” the staff was well-organized, and the layout of the building made it simple to navigate.

The atmosphere was electric. The entire event was carefully planned down to the last minute, with crowd interactions and engaging entertainment happening constantly during breaks. It felt like they really put effort into keeping the energy up, and it worked β€” the crowd was engaged the whole time.

The food was actually pretty good for a stadium setting, which was a pleasant surprise. I also managed to grab a cute Bulls mascot toy for my nephew, which was a fun little bonus.

The venue itself is beautiful β€” from the iconic Michael Jordan statue to the championship banners hanging overhead, it’s packed with history and definitely gives you that classic Chicago sports feel. I can’t wait to go back for another game and other events! πŸ™‚

Went here for a comedy show. Organization was on point. We had a parking pass and getting in at a spot was smooth as the parking crew had it all figured out for us. Getting out of the parking was the exact opposite so plan for like half an hour to get out. As visible on the pictures, parking C was right at the north entry. Navigating inside was easy as well. Lines were moving real fast. Security was efficient. Drinks inside though are very expensive. We paid $20 for 2 bottles of water. Insane! Very clean inside and clean restrooms as well.

Mario, Ne-yo and Mary J. performances were all 10's across the board! There were no interruptions in audio, no mis haps in performing by dancers or performers. The acoustic was solid all around from the rear stage to the main stage.
The seating area was the perfect spot for viewing the stage, and I couldn't ask for better customer service personnel from the security at the main entry doors to the staff at will call and the ushers!
Side note there were times when irritation could have taken over the usher from concert goers, but the usher in section 122 maintained his composure and also prevented an accident from happening on the stairs. Great job to that young man!
In closing great pre spring concert.

Went for the Stevie Wonder concert. Ended up having a blast!! I was able to get a park fairly easy. Staff were pretty nice at this concert. The guy that was helping facilitate parking was kind of an @ss but overall the experience was nice!
