I ordered a set of perfumes for a pickup as a birthday present for a friend. It was a pickup order because I was very short on time. When arrived, they gave me a box that was obviously open. When asked to change it, the associates were gone for a while asking each other what to do. Finally they brought me the same box (with the same tape over it) claiming it was a different one. The guy with bright eye makeup named Christian lied looking me in the eyes. Very unprofessional, unpleasant experience.

Super impressed with this store! Fully stocked and the customer service goes above and beyond! A special thanks to Demi, Jessica and Brandi for their help! I have very sensitive skin and they were so patient helping me find the right products! They were also so patient I helping me with my complicated return!! Would highly recommend just for the wonderful employees!

I went into this location shopping for a customer. I have zero clue about these stores as my wife will shop but I would probably be found over at Dicks sporting goods while she shops. Anyway I want to give a huge shout out to Mariyah! The customer service that she displayed was absolutely amazing. Very helpful, amazing attitude all with a smile and positivity. I’ve been in customer service and always want to highlight the business but mostly the employee as the employee makes the business shine.

My fiancee went in just to style hair and curl it. Got hair washed and we decided to get tinsel in my 3 year old hair for Christmas to be festive. Unfortunately all the tinsel came out within 3 hrs of getting it installed.

My fiancee had whomever style her hair do it incorrectly. She curled her hair inwards and it looked like a lions mane. I told her she looked beautiful cause of course she is. But she was very disappointed and saddened by the end result. She is a sweet person and didn't want to be rude to the hair stylist. But if you can't install tinsel and style hair correctly then, I'm sorry but you might be in the wrong profession. Today was her birthday as well and unfortunately this put a damper on the day.

I have curly hair and have been so discouraged because it's been years since I've had a good haircut. I went into ulta to find good products for my hair. Judy helped me out. She booked me a hair appointment and last night she cut my hair. Not everyone can cut curly hair. It takes a special cut to lay right. Well I woke up this morning and my hair fell in place likes its supposed to. Judy is amazing on curly hair. She's my hair dresser from here on out. Thank you Judy!

I decided to do a makeup makeover to suit my changing skin. Choosing Ulta seemed a good idea as I wanted to have a professional help me choose my foundation. I went in 3 separate times over the next 2 months, worked with 3 separate "experts". One picked a color that made me look like a ghost, the other two chose dark shades that made it look like I had a mask on. None even came close to my natural skin color. One even had the balls to snap at me when I said it did not look right saying "we don't have a red shade". I have an embarrassing red skin condition, Rosacia that is in patches on my face as while as elsewhere that I cover up. She was referencing my "rash" as my skin tone!
Besides the horrific "expert" advice, whenever I go in their it feels more like I am in high-school as they are scattered around in small groups or twos chatting and gigging never offering to help. If you ask for help some are nice, some looked like you are bugging them. The last time I went in it smelled as if a case of perfume was dumped all over the front of the store, perfume sticks were on the ground. I almost threw up and it stung my eyes.
