I spoke on the phone with a man named Brandon Ruff who was very rude and condescending. When I asked him about a new graduate program he told me that nobody in the College of Graduate Studies could answer my question of when the website would update about new programs and also stated that because he’s never heard of a new graduate program then that means it must not exist. I spoke with Graduate Admissions a few weeks ago about when the graduate catalog from 2023-2024 would update to 2024-2025 and they said they were in the process of doing it so I’m having a hard time understanding of how Brandon Ruff stated that nobody would have the answer to my question. I also spoke on the phone with the college of interest and they told me that they are waiting on the College of Graduate Studies to update the website. Brandon Ruff is a poor reflection of UCF’s College of Graduate Studies, especially the Admission Counselors.
