Worst experience EVER! I filed a claim through insurance and dropped my phone off with them this previous Monday to get the back of my iPhone fixed, as it was completely shattered. Drop- off went smooth and rick was very helpful- later when i went to pick my phone back up, i was very happy with the results and told rick thank you for his time. However, on my way home i noticed that my front camera did not work anymore and i was confused as to why because it worked when i dropped my phone off…. i went back up and explained what was going on to Adam, and he proceeded to tell me it wasn’t there issue and i needed to call Insurance and deal with it myself. Yet, my camera was working when i dropped it off and now it’s not. I would’ve taken accountability for breaking my own camera, if i actually did it. Very upsetting when you go into a business with high hopes and come out with the worst customer service possible.

Derek took more than 3 hours of his time to make sure that every issue I had was reolved properly. My case WAS VERY INTRICATE. HE HAD THE SKILL TO MASTER THIS. HE HAS MORE PATIENCE THAN GOD!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM AND ALSO THIS COMPANY.

The service was absolutely phenomenal. I made an appointment online today but came in early and the kindest gentleman helped me. He was clear and informative and helped me go through insurance and then schedule the in store installation for my phone screen. 100% recommend!

Rick at the Canton GA office is amazing! He went well above and beyond for my repair of my Galaxy flip 5. I went from paying $200 for the repair to paying nothing at all in warranty!!!!! Thank you so much! His customer service is 5 star well above par for sure!

Terrible. I went in with an insurance claim at 5:30pm on Thursday evening, and Rick said they were closing. They are open until 7pm, and he told me they are closing early because it was a slow day. Never heard of a business refusing a customer to close early. I called at noon the following day (today) to make sure I could bring the phone back to get it repaired, and the same employee - Rick - said "you can, but I don't know how long we are going to stay open". Why would I waste my time to drive there and back again with no confidence that they are going to complete my repair?! Sounds like Rick just doesn't want to work.

The tech who greeted us was exceptionally knowledgeable and gave a clear, concise summary of what steps would be taken to diagnose my phone as well as gave an excellent estimate of how much it may cost.
When I called for a status update, I was given a clear summary of what was found.
They could have tried to sell me a part, etc but didn't and suggested the issue may be with the service provider. HONEST!!
So very impressed!
