Imagine the biggest holiday of the year. Both approaches quick. Like we don't all have plenty to think about.
You been w the same company for years .8
units thinking everything is safe.
Only to find out your home decor, children's memories, your mom who met the world to you pass on, her ashes stored amongst all.
You receive a call telling you. Your units been sold for a mere 260.00 back due. And the person who brought it would not budge & no warning anything your being charged 2500. There then to get your supplies back including your beautiful moms ashes.

My wife and I have rented storage units in multiple states and nothing compares to our experience with U STORE!! Matt is super friendly and amazing to work with. Their units are some of the cleanest and updated units you can get! We have rented storage units for personal and business use. They even offered a space for us to store our boat. They have security camera's and made us feel super comfortable with having our stuff stored here. I highly recommend using USTORE for your storage facility.

I love Ustore I started at the location at Murrock circle on Bradley Street in Watertown NY but decided to get a larger unit closer to I81 in Watertown NY I feel like they are the best self storage I have found in upstate NY. The storage units are high and dry and you can even get climate controlled units. With good security, outside lighting, they are very clean and even have places for boats or other things if needed. From big to small they have it all. Amy and Matt are the nicest people, When I was late on my payment because my wallet was stolen, all I had to do was call and they worked with me. I highly recommend ustore to all my friends and family.

These employees are by far the sweetest, most compassionate I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. They worked with me anytime I had an issue, were thorough, and expediant. Super convenient location off the highway and great customer service! The units are dry and clean, and safely stored the full contents of our apartment while we were transitioning during a move to NY from MA. Big thanks to Matt for taking great care of his customers!
