When you arrive, expect to be warmly greeted by the security booth. They will scale you in, let you come on site and drop your trailer, and you can either stay on the property, or head out to the truck stop right up the road. Either way, despite your appointment time, you don’t have to wait. They will go, take your trailer to a door, and come get you when it’s empty. Now, I’m not sure why the spotter doesn’t just put the trailer back instead of waking the driver up to come move it, but it may have been that spotter not really having common sense. I can’t not give this place 5 stars, because it’s a paradise compared to most places. In fact every AWG should come here and observe these operations; hell most of these warehouses could use this schooling.

I’m not sure who thinks this is okay but the honking at waiting drivers needs to stop. If a load is ready, call the driver or knock on the cab. You honking your horn because you don’t want to climb out means everyone else jumps up to see what is going on, then, who knows what you actually want me to do or where to go because you can’t be bothered to come tell me.

Everything else about this place is fine. But this asinine manner of communication needs to end.

They earned 5 stars at check in & weight in, but lost two due to this yard dogšŸ•Now why on gods green earth would you pull up to the front on my truck beeping your horn just to tell another driver 4 parking spots away from me that they are ready šŸ˜‚ bruh NO & if you don’t believe me check out the video clip my front blinds was shut so when he beeped at me I opened them and gave him a thumbs up šŸ‘ he said yes, then he looked over at other drive & told them to go and me to stay put & not to move… Your too old to play games like this man, might be time for them to retire you!

Not too bad for a live load. From start to finish it only took us 4 hours. There is some places that take longer and some that is shorter.

I’m a truck driver… the bottom line for me is in and out… I got there early, and was put right on a door and was unloaded with paperwork in hand in no time.

These folks are amazing…everyone was polite from the guard shack, yard jockies,to the shipping office folks…you might have to drop your trailer in a door and bobtail 100 feet or so to the parking area which is perfect to me yard jockey drives up to tell you when trailer is done …was allowed to bobtail to get some food I only went 1.5 miles away to McDonald’s and by the time I got back my trailer was done and they allow you to park overnight (10hrs max) if you choose to…wish all Tyson plants were like this one here
