While driving back from Florida heading to Georgia in my 2020 Ram 2500 I had a wheel hub go out on I85 and had my truck towed to the Ram Dealer in Opelika, Alabama (I’m not a local). Ram said they couldn’t look at it until Monday (it was dropped off on Thursday). I then found Twisted Diesel and went and talked to the owner, Brandon. He was very kind and said he could get me back on the road same day if we could get the part. We got the part and trucked towed to his shop at around 4pm. Not only did it need a wheel hub it needed a rotor and brake pad and he got that delivered for me and back on the road by 6. He and his guys stayed late to get me going. Brandon and his wife went above and beyond and it was refreshing to see a local business provide great service and treat your things as if it were their own. (PTW towing was recommended by Brandon and they were by far the most reasonable and super nice).

Absolutely amazing staff. Had an issue with my 2019 Titan Cummins on 7-18-24 and they reassured me that it will make it home to NC and gave me some tips. Curtis was awesome and very knowledgeable. I actually hung around and had some great conversations with all of them. I know enough about my truck but it’s always wise to get an actual Mechanic to help and give advice. Thanks y’all!

Service Beyond Expectations. My wife and I were traveling through the area in our MCI bus conversion when our Allison transmission and Detroit diesel started acting up. We tried SEVERAL area companies and no one would help us. Lots of techs just wanting to come out for an emergency fee. I stumbled across Twisted Diesel in Google and Brandon was amazing. He helped diagnose over the phone and had a tech meet us at his shop late Saturday night. Met us right away Monday morning with new parts and got us back on the road. Respectful techs and owners. fair and up front pricing. Thank you Brandon, Curtis and Chelsea…. You guys made a difference in our lives.

I would definitely take my kenworth here to fix again!! Last week Brandon got me going and back on the road after being stuck, after my turbo burned out, he fixed that and other things. Him and his wife was absolutely wonderful and helpful.his shops STAYS busy everyone goes to Brandon! very smart man! Thankyou Brandon!

The woman in the front office is very unprofessional i don’t know if someone pissed in her cereal or what but she hangs up the phone while im in the middle of my sentence explaining whats wrong. So rude and unprofessional i do not recommend going such a waste of time and gas!
