For the amount I pay in power every month it shouldn’t take an hour an a half to mobilize a team to check on literally the only power outage in Tucson. So far it’s been about 2 hours and no change, the app still doesn’t even have an estimated time it’ll be back up. Now I’m going to be charged a ton to cool my hot apartment back down to a reasonable temp all because TEP took forever to get a team out here. Get with it or step aside.

-Terrible customer service experience. "Multimillion dollar company Tucson electric has their front doors locked on a Wednesday. Was greeted by a kind security guard inside at the front doors. He kindly told me there is no longer a customer service help desk inside you cannot make payment in person at this facility any longer.. one decision made during the pandemic was to send company staff packing home, leaving customers on the front porch being denied in person service. Security handed me a pamphlet,detailing how to pay online or postal. Will Tuscon Electric please share a statement in either reconsideration or completely doing away with even having an in person customer transaction any longer at Building location 88 E Broadway Blvd, Tucson, AZ 85701

Ashley in the customer service department helped explain an issues with our payments that I’ve been trying to understand for two years. Our payments would get kicked back and no one could explain to me what the issue was. Ashley found the issue and I was entering my card number when I was supposed to give them my bank account number for the payment. She was so kind and patient. She made sure I understood before ending the conversation. She is a true asset to TEP!!

I called explaining my bill and wondering where my money went because I payed it and I was told by Brenda that the bank declined it. She kept repeating herself in a very rude tone/attitude instead of being patient and calm. I don’t know if she had a bad day but taking it on customers is not okay.

With the amount of money you spend on fitting out conference rooms and bi-yearly hardware refreshes for computer equipment, one would hope your billing system would be better but its not. Could you please improve it and provide better clarity on why most people's TEP bill jumps up an extra $200 from June to October?

We have been without power for more than nine hours. The city has more than enough adequate workers to provide power and yet none of them are employed to provide us an essential necessity. Give us power or allow another company to provide us services for electricity.

If I could give 0 or even negative stars I would. Leaving a home without power for over 24 hours for no reason in over 100 degree weather in July should be illegal. The worst electrical company on the planet. Incompetent. Rude. Unprofessional.

IMPOSSIBLE to talk to a person. The phone tree goes in circ.les. and. Talks. Li. Ke. This. It. Is. Sup. Er fu. King. annoying. Maybe if upper management was paid what they're worth, there would be enough money left over for more employees to do the actual work.
