My technician, Michael R, is an incredible professional. He is polite, knowledgeable, customer-focused, and conscientious. Michael is a great ambassador for the TruGreen brand, and I wish I could give him 100 Stars instead of only the 5 allowed!

Also, I want to give a shout-out to Jerry, one of the Assistant Managers out of my local Brunswick TruGreen branch. I hailed him over to my home after he was finished taking care of one of my neighbor’s yards, and I found Jerry to be very responsive and very helpful.

Both of these gentlemen represent hard working individuals who do an outstanding job, and who treat customers like family.

Can NOT reach local office only their 800 representatives most of which appear to be in the carribean Islands and by tone of voice don't really care to be at their jobs. When asked to connect to local office they can't. Best they can do is take a message and escalate it to local office but you have to give reason on why office should call you. If local office deems your message is worth their time to call you they will. Lol. Furthermore received a survey asking why I was disappointed on how phone call went with 800 number obvious they do record and take note. Took survey and let them know about all my disappointments. Figure I would hear something. Lol. Nothing.

I believe their technician left my gate open and my dog escaped. Obviously not worth a call back!!! Tried a few times now.

Always trying to upsell after each service call. Never fails get call claiming technician who was at property saw this or that and I should sign up for this control or that control for $$$. Funny thing is when I've occasionally talked to technician previous years never brings up all the issues these phone calls I get claim I have!!!!

If I don't get phone call this time will most likely cancel service.

***Did get 2 phone calls. Both representatives stated their phone system is awful and wish customers could call local office and not be automatically connected to call centers.
Neither representative was from my local office but seemed concerned. They did ask if would edit my review. I have and upped from 1 star to 3 stars. I could go on things that went wrong with representative, but I won't. I'm still on the fence about staying with their service. Suggestion to you, definitely look at all the different companies available in your area before you chose.

Eric Lane was my service technician today. Do to a landscaper on my pro when Eric arrived, he said he would be back later today. Eric is a man of his word. He came back and once again provided courteous professional service. It was a pleasure to talk with him about my lawn.

TruGreen puts a warning sign on the lawn after treatment about how the chemicals may be harmful to pets or people. However, they don't equip their employees with a blower to clean off the sidewalk. I called their customer service but I don't think anything will be done. I'm concerned that the chemical pellets on the sidewalk will be picked up by my dog's paws or get stuck in my shoes. Also, chemicals in the street will end up in the storm sewers and create algae problems in retention ponds. A big company like TruGreen should be able to properly equip their employees to be able to quickly clean the chemical pellets off of any hard surface to prevent these issues.

It’s the whole package that I received today. Great customer service and care with the technician Dylan that spent time talking to me and walking the yard before putting down the fertilizer. The value from what I receive from Trugreen based on the price beats what I have seen from other lawn service.

Paid almost $800. My lawn looks like hot garbage. Asked why they used liquid vs granular products and they said they used granular yet every time I saw them apply product, it was liquid and a day before it rained. Manager was supposed to come out and look a the lawn but never did. Never got a notification of appointment so had personal items on the lawn that would have been used if.properly notified of time of arrival. Very dissatisfied. Guy talked to me like I’m an idiot not knowing that my partner works in the industry and I’m more aware of lawn main Then he is.

The was very empathy with my concerns of dying lawn. Agreed that an application had not been applied properly. Offered a solution and followed through with company before next service this week. He was polite, clean, shook my hand and asked my name. Made me feel comfortable with my complaint.

I’m very happy with my TruGreen Service. I am a new customer this year and my lawn has been in pretty bad shape for a few years. After the first couple applications I felt an additional weed control application was needed. They were very responsive to my request and were out within a couple days to take care of it. Great service!

Nick was wonderful! Very friendly, explained what he was doing, how long to keep my dogs off the lawn and offered to have me let them out first before he did the backyard-very thoughtful! He also let me know a predator bird had gotten a bird in my yard so I was prepared when I saw it. I expressed my thanks because my daughter is extremely sensitive to animal death. He then let me know afterwards that the bird and feathers were gone so my daughter wouldn’t even know.
