Ok, I'm starting this with some bias, because I really enjoy hardware stores, but OMG! This place is the Winchester mystery House of hardware stores! The rooms, passageways, outdoor areas, just keep going and going and going! Incredibly fun to wander through, and you are sure to find something you've been looking for!

Thankfully the staff are very friendly and helpful, as this place is a bit of a maze, you never know what's around the next corner... But the staff does! And if you need something specific in a hurry they can make that happen, But I think you owe it to yourself to take some time to wander and explore this almost magical?place.

I rented a pressure washer for 24hrs and brought it back after only using it for 4hrs. I was under the impression that I was paying the full price since it was on me for misjudging how long I needed to rent the pressure washer. Instead Adam found me up in the main store while I was shopping, and handed me a receipt that showed I was refunded the difference, and only charged for the 4hrs that I used it. I was very surprised and thankful that they took care of that for me without me even asking. McKenzie and Sergio were also very helpful with taking care of my rental. They have great customer service skills and good attitudes.
