Mrs. Shirley is the absolute best and is always extremely helpful anytime I have questions. She handles everything promptly and politely. She has always has the customers best interest first and foremost and doesn't hesitate to let us know to always reach out if we need anything in all the years I've been a customer Mrs. Shirley is always happy to help. She definitely goes above and beyond.. The driver's are always helpful as well if I am not home they will let my disabled mom know she should be good to go on gas and will ask if everything is okay when she comes to the door

Shirley is a wonderful lady to do business with at your ider location..always courteous and helpful. It's obvious her customers come first and are important to her. I have been buying gas from this location for about 10 years. It is almost always the best price. As I own my tanks, price is what brings me back to Shirley and the office in ider.

UPG said I didn't pay my bill. I had proof by email I paid just like I have since 1979. I emailed and called Paducah office .They said they would check on my bill and call me back . Weeks went by and no call. They turned me over to a collection agency. I went to Golden propane and the lady there ( Shirley )took a picture of my email showing it was paid. She had it taken care of.Now showing $0 balance. Thanks to someone who cares about the customer.
