Great service! Of course anyone can argue about the price and we all want it cheaper. However, I can fuss about food prices too. It’s inflation and nothing I can do about it besides move or use solar power.
I give them a 5 star review because they always get my power back on ASAP! They are good and hardworking people. We build and develop properties as well and they always work hard on day to day duties and overtime when it storms. Can’t say enough good!!!! Stay safe TSEMC. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE!!!

I'm giving 2 stars because the linemen keep my power on and when it goes out they are great at getting it back on. With that said I have had my power bill jumping up like crazy even after switching to propane heat. I understand it still uses electricity but not nearly as much. I called to ask why my power bill is so high and basicly what I was told is that it's our fault. I asked if I can pay to get a new meter since mine is old and was told they won't change it unless it stops working completely. I don't believe I have used twice the electricity this years versus last year when I was using emergency heat rather than propane.

I am seeing Tri-State improve the grid in my area and they are trimming foliage back so that my power is not interrupted as frequently. I’m happy to see this progress since our area has grown so rapidly. Keeping my electricity on is important to me. Thank you Tri-State and linemen who are working for these improvements.

Always get my power on quickly after storms. Great communication with texts telling me when my cabin’s electricity is out and back on. Nice website showing outages. Very good company.

I've been in this house for almost 12 years. It came with fully grown blueberry bushes along the back property line. It's known as the little house with the blueberries. They have mowed our blueberry bushes down 3 times under the power lines and they TRASH the entire area every time. The previous owner says she never had that happen to her. After the first incident, I spoke to them and requested they not mow them down and was told it wasn't a problem. They would make a note on the address. Now, again this morning, it happens. And THEY DO NOT CARE, I only received a lecture I'm now to treat him instead of considering the way they have treated us. There are no trees growing in the strip of land under these lines, just tall grass and bushes, all the way down the lines. Yet the trees growing along the sides have branches growing right thru the power lines in the center. What happened to caring for your neighbor and community? A little common curtasy would mean so much. My father planted this set of bushes with me. They would be ready to pick soon, but he died this past March. I no longer have him to plant more with me or to bake him a pie with these berries. I'm giving up on it, they win.

Super grateful for the lineman especially when they risk their lives during storms. That being said the increase in power bill would definitely get zero ⭐️. Since the workers can’t control that my overall review is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!
