Evelyn Lomas is extremely knowledgeable about Trinity’s solar products. She spent a few hours with us explaining the process and continues to stay in touch. I highly recommend Evelyn and the Trinity family.
The installers were professional and respectful of our time and worked according to our plans. So far we are extremely satisfied. Our system has not been activated yet however we anticipate great customer service when that happens.

Switching my home over to solar panels was the greatest investment that I could ever have made! Yes, it is an investment in the beginning, but it sure has paid off in the long run. From the start Trinity was easy to work with. The sales rep was knowledgeable on all aspects of solar. Also explaining the timeline of the project ( which can be lengthy with permits and interconnect with utilities, etc…). The installer did an awesome clean install. Work site was kept clean and safe. Install took 2 days. As of review waiting for final electrical inspection from city and utility company to install smart meter.

She also responded quickly if we had any additional questions. The installation team was professional and worked quickly, wearing shoe covers whenever they came into the house. I recently went Solar and I am so happy I made that decision. Thomas Stille was the salesperson that helped me out and he was outstanding. Trinity Solar's Referral Program: A Disgraceful Bait-and-Switch (And They're Worse Than the DMV)

After nine months of relentless runaround and blatant disregard for their promised referral fee, I am compelled to warn others about Trinity Solar's fraudulent referral practices. While I have no issue with the initial sales and installation process, their referral department is a complete and utter sham.

I referred two individuals, as per their advertised program, and was promised a total of $3,000. For nine months, I have been subjected to a barrage of fabricated timelines and empty promises. Every time I contacted them, a new, arbitrary date was invented, only to be broken. I have spoken to three managers, the referral department, and the finance department, all of whom displayed a shocking lack of internal communication and accountability.

The final straw came when a representative essentially told me, "We pay referral fees when we feel like it, and you just have to deal with it." This blatant admission of their dishonest practices is unacceptable. Let that sink in. I get more prompt, accurate, and respectful responses from the IRS, Medicare, and even the DMV. That's saying something.

Trinity Solar's referral program is nothing more than a bait-and-switch tactic. They lure customers with the promise of substantial referral fees, only to renege on their commitment. Their lack of professionalism, disregard for their customers, and outright dishonesty are appalling.

Do not be fooled by their promises. If you value your time and money, steer clear of Trinity Solar's referral program. They are a fraudulent company that cannot be trusted. They make the DMV look like a well-oiled customer service machine.

Tony Roach of Trinity Solar is an outstanding salesperson. He thoroughly explains what solar can and cannot do, making the process clear and easy to understand. I only wish I had listened to him and made the switch sooner! Trinity Solar is a fantastic company—they do exactly what they say they will and often exceed expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone considering solar.
