I was at the twice-daily store on the corner of Stewart’s Ferry Pike and Blackwood. The pump wouldn’t take my card and wanted me to go inside. I decided to buy some cigarettes while I was there. I decided on a cheaper pack and the girl acted put out. While I was paying for my gas the girl ringing me up and all of the employees in the back room and around her or snickering and I’m certain they were making fun of me. Hire better employees!!

Tristar7207 has been ben my life. Actually Tristar has been my life. I have given 27 years. I mested up on a personal problem of the clock. Twice Daily in Madison AL frequently closes for up to an hour around 3am while employees goof off, smoking pot on the side of the building and yelling at customers "shift change, we're closed". Not actually open 24/7, will be reporting to the AL highway signage authority since the Interstate signs are misleading.

I enjoy the White Bison coffee, stores, and employees, but I have a formal complaint: why do you not allow your White Bison employees to receive tips via credit card processing at check out? I was personally embarrassed for them when I was not able to tip them. Do not deny your customers the opportunity to show their appreciation to your employees and company.

§ 47-26-913. Misrepresentation of Pricing. Prices listed are never the right price in their stores. Discounts are misleading and are priced opposed to each other, one product being represented on two separate discount cards with different prices attached. Prices of products are not listed or advertised at their regular price at all.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst company when it comes to communicating. The sales department are so unbelievable rude , well I won't say the sales department in a whole but at least one of them , she lacks any form of communication skills as well as customer service. I would save my time and go with Dean oil company.

Why did yall stop the shell every 25$ adds 5 cents?
I spend a lot of money in the store in ozark alabama and that was the reason I spend alot of money in this store if it does not start back soon I will take my money elsewhere!!!!
