Always the best to go to Tractor Supply. There is something special about this store here in Roanoke. Everyone talks to you like you've been old friends all of your life. It's an easy camaraderie that is always present. Store is laid out nicely. Easy to find what you need. Employees are always happy to lift and carry for me when needed, which is often at my age! Merry Christmas to Tractor Supply and Thank You!

Although, most of the employees are really great,, we have stopped shopping here. We get our supplies elsewhere. The manager, Ryan (I think), needs to be trained in customer service. A class in manners for him would probably be a good investment for the company as well.

Went to this store to pick up a battery for my lawn tractor. This was the closest store that had one in stock. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Purchased online for curbside pick up. Waited in my car for about 20 mins but no one ever came out for my pick up. Just went into the store and picked up my battery. No big deal. It was after 6:00 PM. Would recommend this store.

I truly enjoy going into Tractor Supply. The store and bathroom stay clean, the staff are always helpful and friendly. If what ur looking for isn't in the store u can order it on line and have it shipped to the store for little to no shipping cost. The food for our animals seems to be fresher. They offer dog grooming and even have day for low cost vet care. Just a great place in our community.

Walk Faster

A well stocked store with a friendly, welcoming staff. This is my dog's favorite stop! He knows he will be treated with loving respect and appreciation. He's told me that he loves the treats and food here, the kind you buy and the freebie snack he usually gets while waiting through the checkout area.

The individual members of the TSC staff are service oriented and eager to help. They really seem to enjoy working there which makes shopping easier and even more pleasant.

Occasionally you'll find great deals during a sale or as there is a need to close out specific items. The managers keep the store filled with interesting products and seasonal offerings. You can always find something out front for your gardening needs, the nursery plants are usually kept fresh.

The one thing I wish they did more of is to offer more fruit and nut trees for sale. I've seen a few trees here and there in the fall and spring; just not that much in the way of selection and variety. Overall, this store is a positive experience and you'll always find something here to meet a need and to enjoy.

There was a knock down drag out between a employee and a customer last time we went. However that ended and lead to the employee having a panic attack. I understand so I dont judge. Just know you might have a wild experience if you go. They always got what you need. Some things are very over priced but all in a a okay store.
