I had a great experience thanks to Veronica at Town storage from the moment I walked in she was very welcoming attentive and Incredibly helpful she took the time to answer all my questions explain the Rental process clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with everything before I left. Her friendly attitude made a stressful moving situation so much easier. Highly recommend this location and especially Veronica she made everything so easy and gave me a clear piece of mind.

Veronica is such a sweetheart, she helped us out when everyone was not in their office. She even waived our few for us because she's that awesome. She asked all questions we had. She is your go to person. Even showed us what the storage unit looks like

We’ve been with Towne Storage for several years and they raised our monthly invoice by $80 with no explanation. Very poor customer service. Be aware of what you can expect if you choose to rent storage through this place.

Wow! Towne Storage on 12600 is so helpful. I’m using the facility to store belongings during a move. Moves are stressful times. Renting a truck and a storage unit with Veronica E. was the easiest thing I’ve done in the whole moving process. She was very helpful, answered every question I had and gave me the confidence to trust all would be well with my belongings. Also, the facility is maintained wonderfully, and very clean!
