Amelia and her co worker are very well informed with the company they are working with. I have no doubt in my mind that through the both of them they made
my decision much easier to make. They explained everything on first hand knowledge and with their flyers it was much easier to understand the long term advantages I will have by putting my green stamp on Mother Earth. I met Patrick O’Shay in Fort Lauderdale and found him to be so knowledgeable and helpful when he told me about the Mosaic solar. I had actually spoken with another company and felt uncomfortable. Which was too bad because I am a big believer in renewable sources for energy. So meeting Patrick and being the beneficiary of of this great system has made my world Sunny and bright. No complaints, it was smooth and I feel fortunate and like that I am doing my own small part for the world too!

To save anyone time, this is a good (but long) review. I waited 1yr after getting our panels to do a review to make sure things were up to par on this rather than only vouching for certain times of the year. Here to say that we are very happy with simple solar. My husband had some background on solar, and after all the horror stories we heard we were very hesitant on jumping into anything. Our rep, Caleb, was very open and honest with us about the process and crunched numbers for us very transparently. There were some issues with delay start up (company’s end), however, their customer service, and Caleb were able to get us updates and support us with getting it all squared away. I had someone reach out a few months back about being scheduled to come to my home and install another piece we purchased (which I had forgotten about). By default that made me nervous given I was home alone, and I called simple solar for confirmation that the person coming over was part of their company and they got back to me very promptly and provided me with all the information I needed with no hassle. The icing on the cake was having a negative balance with our electrical company, no true-up, and we had produced enough to carry over into the new year. I also went the year without paying a single electrical bill. I am not one to write reviews, especially not this long, but ultimately I felt like it would help others feel more comfortable while also boosting the great experience we’ve had with the company. (:

First of all this review is my own honest opinion. Mr. Madison Hoke of Simple Solar Texas is one of those rare sales representatives that's very honest, knowledgeable and committed to giving you the best experience of going solar. What separates him from the rest is his high level of understanding and going beyond normal to accommodate his client's need in regards to circumstances. I was already qualified and approved for solar panels installation when on the 3rd day of grace period upon securing a 25 year loan contract, I got some unexpected circumstances happened to me that somehow affected my finances. After discussing things on why I decided to cancel things for the best interest of my family, Madison was very understanding and let me cancel the loan commitment. He put me on a loan pending status giving me ample of time and a chance to reactivate the contract once I get back on track. Other sales people would left feeling disappointed for wasting their time and efforts when a client decided to cancel but he took time to listen and understand. In the end he still tried his best to keep the options open instead of giving you feeling of " I've got nothing to do with you anymore goodbye!". The sincerity that he's shown makes me respect him more as a person. Simple Solar might be more expensive than the competitors but you're getting more quality services, solar power performance and support throughout your 25 year contract. They designed me a system that will give me at least 45 years of 100% solar efficiency factoring already the 0.5% yearly panel degradation. Overall I'm satisfied with what they offer.

What a wonderful experience! Getting solar was 7 year long decision I was contemplating on . I new if I did decide to go solar I had to have all my expectations met cause I did plenty of research in solar and there was many different factors that kept me on the ropes. One day a gentleman by the name of Caleb showed up at my door and yes he was offering solar in my neighborhood. I usually want nothing to do with anyone coming to my door offering any services let alone solar. Caleb was a very respectful and knowledgeable about solar and he wasn’t pushy about me getting solar instead he educated me on the solar and answered all questions I had for him. He mentioned I was the most challenging client he had ever came across . Till this day it’s been one of the easiest and best transactions I ever did. All me reservations as well as expectations were met. It absolutely made sense for me to invest in my home. Truth of the matter is at the time I got solar my electricity bill wasn’t crazy high but it was steadily climbing. The best investment for my family and home by far . I have a pool, jacuzzi and AC and now the power company pays me for all the power my solar system produces. Great company and awesome people who work for them as well thanks again Caleb ! The name says it all!

Let me tell you. Solar sounds great. Everything is great. No not from this place they broke my tiles on my roof did they fix them yea 5 months later then... the Solar panels didn't work. Do they tell? Absolutely not, it's not their job to make sure they work. Thanks to the way the solar company recommended we set up our payments we didn't know we owed until the end of the year. We owe 3600 dollars to the electricity company. Yay. Lovely. Yet they will not refund us for the months the solar was not working which was a whole year. Go elsewhere for your solar needs this place is a joke.

I had the pleasure of meeting Ms Nina and she was so nice. I talked with her for a little while about my FPL bill and she informed me about what FPL plans were on raising their prices. I made plans to meet with Jeffrey & Mike and Wow they were outstanding guys they answered all of the many questions we had all the while being kind and fun to talk with.We are looking forward to doing business with Simple Solar and telling all my other friends to go Solar also .
