Went to Topgolf on an outing for work. We have periodic get togethers outside of the office to unwind and have fun. I would not have chosen Topgolf as my choice for somewhere fun to go because I am not into golf and did not envision myself having a good time there. Luckily for me, I was wrong. I had a great time. I've never seriously hit a golf ball (unless you count putt putt golf) but I was shockingly good at it right off the bat. The food was better that I expected as well. The service was great (even though our server's personality was a bit on the spicy side—but I like that). I can't comment on the prices since it was a work event and I didn't have to pay for anything. I would definitely go back again in my own time with family or friends. Even if you think it's not for you, check it out because you may be pleasantly surprised as I was.

Shout out to the server who worked tonight. I wish I could give you five stars and then right the rest of the review. Our server was the only server and he was busting his butt. Even though he was swamped, he would still do the birthday call outs. He apologized to everyone letting them know how understaffed they are. ( I get it, as a server for three years, when you have someone call out and you have to pick up the extra work. It sucks.) The problem was the manager. I didn't get his name but he wears a hat, shorter dreads, and uses a cane. This manager was focused on one thing. The woman he thought were pretty. He stood at a table talking to two woman for nearly an hour when every single table in the bar area, had to get up and say something to a bartender or to the server just to get any sort of drink or food. This manager has the audacity to take some of the cake from one of the families throwing a party and start eating it at one of the only open tables in the restaurant. In front of everyone. We had to wait 50 minutes before we had a our order taken. Then the wait for the food. Yet this manager shifted his focus from those ladies to a new set of four ladies who sat down. He didn't care about anything else. This man leaned over their table and was trying talk them up. ( but they were even frustrated, that it took forever for someone to help). Any time anyone would say something to him about the service. He would roll his eyes and act like everyone else was the issue. This dude looked absolutely blazed out of his mind too. ( I'm guessing enough to take some cake and eat it in front of everyone in the middle of a Saturday night rush with one server). The man never once talked to our table. I had to go up to the server and confirm that the other man was actually a manager. I was flabbergasted with how awful this manager was.

Top Golf is phenomenal!! The best chicken fajitas and cheese dip that I have ever had! Service was top-notch. Always checking in on us. Definitely worth the money!

GREAT DAY at Topgolf! Mai was great in taking of our orders and ensuring all was correct. She took extra time to check up on us to ensure my daughter's birthday with the family was a great experience! Food was awesome and to the delight of the kids.

Fun times playing. The food was good, but I had to get someone to stop and take our order. After the food arrived, the wait staff rarely came back, and the drinks were empty by the time we got more.

Website says zero minute wait time. When you call in it says zero minute wait time. When you check on the app, zero minute wait time. When you get to the venue one hour and a half wait time. Only one floor open out of three. If they wanted business, they’d take care of their customers. They tell you that the only place you can get an accurate wait time is if you download the app or walk in. App says zero minutes. Walk in says an hour and a half. Don’t go without a reservation. Don’t trust the app. Don’t trust the call in.

We were invited here for a company outing. There is plenty of parking and a lot across the street for overflow. The bar is well stocked with alcohol and tables in the bar area for additional seating. The food was good and provided in a buffet format if you chose to have it that way. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Even if you are not an avid golfer you can still have a lot of fun here. If you are left handed you have to request the left handed clubs to be delivered to your bay. We had a great afternoon here. We will definitely be back again!
