Great service, attention to detail, and quick turnaround! I had scheduled a GE warrantied repair for my dishwasher and microwave. The first company GE assigned to me had a 4 week wait and then no call-no show'ed me. When I called to reschedule I was amazed to be offered a next day appointment with Tiger Mechanical. Steve arrived on time, took his time diagnosing the problem, and ordered the repair parts for me. Once the parts arrived i was offered another appointment within a week to complete the job. Steve from Tiger Mechanical was courteous, knowledgeable, and most importantly displayed attention to detail, even discovering and fixing some installation errors the original installers had committed. I will definitely be requesting Tiger Mechanical again should I require any appliance repairs in the future!!

I can't sing praises loud enough for Tiger Mechanical! This is a great company! They respond immediately to schedule a repair technician appointment. The technician also calls before the appt. so you know arrival time. Our technician, Steve, is so knowledgeable and thorough in his work! This company also follows up to insure the service and repair was completed to 100% customer satisfaction! Excellent service from start to finish! Tiger Mechanical responded immediately to our washing machine issue and made an appointment for a repair person to arrive. The repair person contacted us within the time limits set and gave us a time of arrival. He is friendly and knowledgeable. Our issue was resolved in a timely manner. Service Tech was on time and dressed professionally. He had on floor protectors on his shoes. His tools were very well organized. He assed the washing machine problem and provided us with information. He ordered the parts required for delivery to our house. When parts arrived he returned and installed them very quickly. Referred to Tiger through GE Warranty. They contacted us immediately and were very accommodating with our schedules. The technician Steve knows just about everything there is to know about appliances, no matter the brand. He might even be called an "appliance nerd". And if Steve is unsure about a fix he knows exactly where to find the information. We had a bad motherboard in our range which he changed out. He stayed while I checked to make sure everything was working to my satisfaction. I would definitely use Tiger Mechanical again in the future.
