Thompson Electric/AC repair did an excellent job in a timely manner. Justin even had the part needed for our dinosaur AC unit in his truck. What I feared to be a need for a new unit turned out to be a simple part change. Fantastic group of folks!!!!

I question his knowledge despite how nice he seemed in person. He filled my ac 2/3 full of freon suspecting a leak but didn't diagnose anything and sent me a bill for 7 lbs of freon that completely leaked out just hours later. I had a second company come out the next day and they found the leak after being at my house for literally 5 minutes and showed me how they easily unscrewed just a few screws to expose the obvious leak that I could hear from inside the house. It was completely fixed in only one hour for double what I was charged to have freon leak into my yard by Thompson electric and have my ac left broken and told I would be charged triple what I ended up paying with another company. I will not be using them again. There was never a need to put 7 lbs of freon in my unit before the leak was found! If you look at the picture of the repair, you can see how easy it was to access the leak and diagnose the issue! I was shocked when the second company found the issue so fast and warrantied my unit. Thompson wouldn't budge on the bill and customer service was extremely poor. The lady on the phone was rude. We tried to negotiate the bill but they wouldn't budge.
