WE LOVE OUE UPS STORE. AS THE STORE WAS BEING RE-DONE THINGS CAN BE NEW TO PEOPLE. STORE LOOKS GREAT AND ALL STAFF ARE NICE AND GREAT HERE AT THIS LOCATION.

Very friendly staff and great at making people feel valued! They were very busy but I liked that they acknowledged each person coming in and letting them know they would be right with them. When I did get to counter, Grey was so nice and she even apologized for the wait time! A+ customer service! Thanks Grey

Horrible customer service. I went in to drop off a usps return package and the clerk looked at me and said we don’t scan usps I said really because I dropped off two weeks ago and was told I just wouldn’t get a receipt which I’m fine with. With me still standing there she turned around and walked away. Very rude customer service and not welcoming at all. I will go to Lemoore or to the post office from now on.
