We purchased a Ranger XP Kinetic Ultimate in Nov 2024. Another dealer had the same model, and at the time it was difficult to choose between the two dealers. But we could not be happier with our choice to go with The Power Center! We had an issue with our XP, and the effort and thoroughness of their service was impressive. One of the owners (Brett) personally performed the service, including diagnosis over the phone. He has an amazing depth of knowledge and experience with these complex machines. Perhaps more importantly, the owners are on site and fully engaged. We believe they set the tone for the entire business, resulting in courteous and professional service from every member of the staff we dealt with. In short, the buying experience (and the service we received afterward) could not have been better. Highly recommended!

Great experience finding exactly what we wanted and talking care of the purchase all by phone and text with Justin. Great price, knowledgeable staff, nice selection. We made all the arrangements from Tucson and when we and the RZR were ready we headed to Las Cruces to pick it up. It was already to go! They gave us a detailed walk through on the RZR and even helped us load it. We highly recommend The Power Center and Justin as a worthy representative of great customer service.

Scheduled an appointment for a recall bulletin. Drove an hour to the dealer and left my sxs for a few hours. They called me back and said we couldn’t do the recall update because your vin doesn’t need the recall. I asked why they didn’t run the vin before hand and wasted my time and their own. The response I got was “oh ya I guess we could have done that”… first and only time customer of this business.

The staff at The Power Center went out of their way to help me. I'm shipping two bikes to Hawaii, and I walked in to buy a siphon so that I could drain my fuel tanks as required. They didn't sell siphons, but Matt and his crew offered to help me out and use their machine to drain my fuel tanks. This all happened 30 minutes before their closing time. My tanks were drained in less than 20 minutes, and they didn't even charge me. Great crew that seemed very knowledgeable in their craft. Highly recommend.

I can't say enough great things about James! He has sold me my backpack blower ( br 800 CE ) , 3 chainsaws ( 194, 201, and 500i ) and many more accessories. He knows what he is talking about and always treats me with respect. I always appreciate the honest feedback he provides me. I'll definitely be going back soon to visit, I'm thinking of going with the BG 86 c next and of course, James will be selling it to me!
