I use TGC for my shower glass and they exceeded my expectations. After installation we noticed an imperfection that was polished near the bottom glass door . I contacted the shop with my photos and a replacement door was ordered. The service people that did the measure and installation were great with advice and recommendations. I would not hesitate using them again.

Beware of this company, they do not follow up on anything. Went to the store and called for 6 weeks and was told some one would call me about my defective front storm door. No one ever called or came by. Last trip to the store I was told the manufacturer went out of business! Don’t know now if I believe it. Some one came out the next day and sanded it and painted it and fussed about doing it as it was not her job! Oh by the way I only got that done when I showed them my POST!!

I’d give them 0 out of 5 stars if I could. My elderly grandparents were charged $4k+ for new windows that were not installed competently. The front window came in the wrong size, so they had some sort of clear covering for over 2 weeks. They were promised that the window would be ready very soon & install date determined that was a lie. The windows were supposed to have black trim, but the paint is chipped badly on the majority of the windows. The white frame shows through & it’s only been 1 day. The caulking looks like my 3 year old did it. There is broken glass all around the house & they also left a razor blade on the ledge of the window by the front door that my toddler almost grabbed.

Do not use this company if you want a job done correctly!
