Horrible! Replaced roofs in my townhome community and cost me over $3,000 to fix my ceiling!! and they told me it was a pre-existing condition?! No, my wall paper was not peeling down my walls and the sheetrock on my ceiling was not cracked and bubbling and caving in. This 1 picture shows the START of the problem. It cracked all the way across the ceiling and the ceiling "fell". I have videos showing cracks around lights, the contractor we hired to fix it pushing the sheetrock up that bellied. It was such a MESS. SO BAD!!!

I live in a condo complex nearby to a project Falcon engineering is working on. I have seen a lot of construction, and I feel it was warranted to point out how professional this company is. The construction site and personnel are clean and well kept. The job is moving very quickly. One person I interacted with when I was on a walk with dog was very pleasant and made sure all us neighbors weren't disturbed by the noise and trucks. All in all, impressed by the company as a whole, and wish they did residential work. 😁

They were employed to replace the roofs in our community. Skylights would be replaced if required throughout the building process. They do not do internal inspections of the skylights and conduct inspections on the day of planned replacement leaving homeowners with little in the way of recourse. Better planning and inspection practices would make homeowners feel more comfortable about this very stressful and expensive process.

Falcon apparently has trouble admitting liability/negligence particularly in this case. Hillcrest Paving and Excavating was contracted to repave our roads in Brandywyne Condominium Complex under "the supervision" of Falcon Engineering. That was a complete joke. Falcon in particular Dennis Donatelli was supposed to supervise, and visit our site before and during and after project completion. If he had done his job and Falcon had done it's job he would have noticed that Hillcrest, the company they were supposed to supervise, got cement on my car and jackhammered 10 feet from my car causing the asphalt to scratch and dent my new car. When I complained, they said an investigation was done without speaking to me, or even seeing my car and even looking at my clear and convincing pictures and videos to prove the damage. Dennis is a joke and so is this company. If you have a big job, you should reconsider where you spend your money this company is not it.
