I have only had awesome service from them. When we wanted a gener link put in it was done in no time. When my propane was at 5% with an extreme cold spell coming in it was filled the very next day. I had a bill that was incorrect and by the next morning it was corrected. Then my security light went out on our pole and it was replaced within 2 days. The ladies in the office are wonderful also. Thank you for your care in my needs.

After a "service" to replace a gas line from R&R Pipeline I needed our gas turned back on. I called the Energy Co-Op and spoke with a really helpful lady (sorry I did not record her name) who stated she would arrange to have a technician come to turn our gas back on.
The Tech was Samual (not sure of his last name). What a GREAT and helpful person! Please be sure to thank him for me! He was GREAT and extremely helpful!!

Update 07/2024 — DISGRACE!! This company continues to raise its fees. Another price increase of $2,50 on top of a $26,50 fee just to have the gas in your name. They used to raise the fee $1 a year, now they're doubling the speed of fee increases. $408 in yearly fees, and that's even if you don't use any gas whatsoever for 5 months in the warm period! Your bill will automatically be $36,50 a month even if you don't use a drop of gas from April to November. I pray that this company dissolves and goes out of business. THIEVES. And there is no competition so they are free to continue to raise the prices without a limit. I am disgusted.

Update 12/2020 — Yet another price increase announced for Jan 2021

Update: 11/2019 — Another Price Increase by this disgusting money grubbing company. Instead of raising the distribution charge, which changes with how much you use their gas, they increased the fixed fee just for having Gas connected to $23. This won't be the last price increase. I'm sure next year they will raise this fee to $24. I hope this company fails and shuts down.

They continue to charge extra fees and they increase prices every year. In the summer I use 1 or just 2 CCF. But my bill is automatically $32, even if I almost don't use their gas from May to November.

Nothing but scammers and get to weasel their way into AEP customers accounts.

Wow, I'm shocked at the bad reviews!!! They have been my electric supplier since 2008 in 2 properties, and moving again and was so thrilled to learn that they also service my new property!!! My bills have always been very reasonable, as in highest around $150 in the hottest part of summer and the outages very rare!! When I had AEP prior to that our electric was always going out for days and days, not the co-op, the longest was ever down was with the tornado that came through in June this year, and they worked around the clock to get power back to everyone affected. I am extremely happy the my Co-Op !!! A+++++++

While on vacation, my brother drops the news that my electricity and gas got axed. Autopay, my supposedly foolproof safety net, failed due to their system glitch, leaving me without power and gas. Now, on top of their blunder, they slap me with reconnect and late fees. December— the month of freezing pipes, no heating, seriously? This colossal company can't even handle autopay, makes you question what else they're messing up behind the scenes. It's infuriating!

Was having an issue with gas smell near the whole home generator. Scott was there within the hour to answer all my questions & came up with a game plan.

Thanks!
