We own an rv park last week we lost power and all of a sudden the electric pump for our water tanks blew and now again this morning my 1 yr old daughter wakes up super early crying because she’s sick and I go to turn on the light and no lights how frustrating when your child is screaming and you can’t even turn on the light to help her what kind of company is this!!!
I’ve never seen so many power outages in my life than here. And I do blame them for having to replace the water pump.

The least reliable power company ever. Be sure you install some kind of generator or a big badass uninterruptible power supply. The power usually goes off every month, takes absolutely ages to turn back on. The wind blows, the electric goes out. It rains, the electric goes out. This company needs to get it together. I'm going solar for God's sake.

Multiple power outages every month. I have never had such unreliable service before. TNMP seems to dispatch repair crews fairly quickly. That is about as much credit as I can give them.

Power is constantly off! You go to the office and get no help. You would figure with all the outages in Pecos they would fix the problems not just patch work.

We are constantly out of electricity. This place is a joke. As of right now at 6:44 P.M. on July 25 2019 we have been without electricity for 7 hours with no help and they say they still don't know what the problem is. Very dissatisfied with the service and customer support.
