I can't believe that home owners don't have solar. It cost me $5.00 a month to heat my pool. My utility bill went from $240,In the summer to $30. The power plant also gives you a great tan,and it wouldn't go away ,what a deal ?. Fred G. ? Don't forgot sunscreen ?

Couldn't have gone better!
I'm very happy with the Custer service and the quality of product, I.E. My cheaper power. The system looks great on my roof, very sleek. I looked into other companies and listened to other bad mouth the big guy on the block but Solar city really puts their money where their mouth is when it comes to customer service and the product. Anyone can save a penny. I chose them so I wouldn't have a headache in a couple years. Thank you.

I always wanted solar and finally got it with solar city. The thing that I would warn people about is to make sure that your sales person is honest. Not sure that I should have got the size of system that I got. The sales person lost contact after we signed our contract. The app doesn't seem to be that great or I don't understand it.i never seen my system generate the power the sales person said it would. I like my solar but I would tell people to do their homework to make sure they are getting what they want. Solar city is a great company and with all great companies sometimes the employees aren't the best.

The solar system really works. Our utility bills drop to minimum charges for infrastructure fee, tax, and donation for renewable source. I want to see the bills in summer months when air conditioning will be running at maximum capacity. I expect it will have significant reduction too because the sun will be shining long hours when it's hot.

We had a few bumps in the road, but we got all the kinks worked out, and and the system is producing better than expected. We love the fixed rate and not buying power from the utility at their consumer prices saves us about $30 per month. How can you go wrong paying less for something you need to buy anyway.
