We had a fantastic experience with TerraSol. Rob was very informative and upfront about all aspects of purchasing and installing a solar array on our roof. They pricing was very competitive and their materials are high quality. They were very efficient at every stage of the process, from permitting to installation to post-install orientation. They also did an amazing job coordinating with our roofer, Glah Brothers Roofing and Siding, to ensure the correct placement of vents in order to maximize coverage of the solar panels. We cannot recommend Terrasol more highly!

When we decided to evaluate solar power for our home, we did a lot of research before selecting TerraSol. Their technical solution and price were fair and in line with other firms that we evaluated. A major difference was their personal involvement. From the start, they have been professional, competent, and effective. Rob thoroughly explained the proposal, provided a model for me to evaluate, and answered all my questions. Carl handled all the engineering aspects, including effectively resolving a challenging issue we had with the electric company’s approval process. The installation team completed the job swiftly and with high quality. Throughout the process, Rasha kept us informed on the process, status, and upcoming events so there was never a doubt about where things stood. We are very pleased with the results and look forward to years of solar power generation.

We had our solar system installed by TerraSol at the end of 2024 and couldn’t be happier with it. They provided easy to understand options at very competitive prices, perfect installation that looks great, clear communication about what to expect so there were no surprises, and amazing customer service. They were incredibly easy to talk to about learning our options and didn’t pressure sell at all… we had been going back and forth about getting a solar system for 2 years but regret not doing it sooner considering how things went with TerraSol. Even after the final payment they have continued to respond immediately to any questions we have. I highly recommend talking with them if you’re even thinking about installing a solar system, it was so easy working with them!

TerraSol installed a solar panel system on my house. I highly recommend them to anyone. From the first meeting to the post installation follow-up, they have been incredibly professional, helpful, efficient and trustworthy. They guided us through the entire process from start to finish, gave us a realistic timeline which they kept to, undertook all the steps in the application and initiation processes so that we didn’t have to anything, and installed the panels surprisingly quickly after they were approved, doing an excellent job in the process. All the team members that we met with or communicated with have been very friendly and knowledgeable. They were patient when we had an HOA issue and gave us great advice on how to resolve it. Rob and Rasha, in particular, have communicated so well at every stage, explaining what is happening and why. Now that the panels are installed, we haven’t been left to our own devices. They have diligently followed up with us to ensure that everything is working to plan, which it is, by the way. Their prices are also very competitive.

The team at TerraSol has been refreshing to work with from our very first meeting. They were very transparent with the entire timeline for the project, costs, and the return on investment. Our install only took 3 days and they were very professional, approachable and completed the work with a detailed walk through of all equipment and functionality with us. In addition to the walk through on the final day of install they followed up a month after the project had been closed out with a site visit to once again run us through everything and to ensure we didn't have any open questions after the system was up and running. They are a family business and it shows in their approach towards their relationships with customers.

We were referred by family friends who used TerraSol 5 or so years prior and we couldn't be happier with TerraSol Energies and our decision to go with Rob and his team. Everything was seamless from the initial meeting to the SREC handbook after PTO. They handled EVERYTHING...I mean all of it. We had an issue with the roof we had installed prior to the solar panel job. I told Rob about it knowing that it wasn't the solar panel install at fault, but he still sent guys to my house within an hour of the call to evaluate. The roofing company didn't even respond that quickly...and honestly he helped to get them out faster if anything. They went the extra mile on multiple occasions and were able to quickly resolve any obstacles that arose with no stress on my end. I can't recommend Rob, Rasha, Vince and their entire team highly enough. If you go with TerraSol (and you should), rest easy knowing that you're in the best of hands.

After months of research, I finally decided on TerraSol as our residential solar installer and they have been nothing but remarkable. Everything went smoothly from start to end. There are many similarities between a lot of installers, but ultimately, I decided to go with TerraSol since they were a local company and they provided a very personalized experience. I met with Rob, one of the owners in person during my research phase and he was very helpful in laying out the pros and cons of solar specific to my home. Unlike some other businesses, he did not inflate expected production numbers but gave me realistic data with shading and weather analysis allowing me to make my own decision on weather solar would work for me. I live around tall trees which affect production. This is something that most installers, especially online vendors, may not consider when providing initial estimates.
The installation team was great – efficient and professional taking only a couple of days on site to access and install. The longest part of the process was the approval through PECO and switching out the meter. There was a post installation follow up to ensure I was familiar with the system and address any questions and problems. The warranty seems standard for the industry, and if a problem were to arise, I feel like I would be taken care of and not ignored.
It has been several months since my system has been up and running and could not be happier with how everything went. Would definitely recommend considering TerraSol as a solar installer.
