BEWARE

I ordered 15 meters that took nearly 6 months to arrive after they quoted 6 weeks. On top of that, my customer sent one back because it was defective. Here is their response:
"We are unable to accept returns but if the item is damaged it should be covered under the manufacturers warranty. Please contact the manufacturer for warranty repairs or replacements. "

You would think that "their manufacturer is THE manufacturer".

I will not be buying anything more from them.

Tequipment and its parent company, TestEquity, are among the most unethical and dishonest retailers I’ve ever encountered. They show blatant disregard for both the law and basic customer service standards. My experience with them was so egregious that I reported them to three state attorneys general and the Federal Trade Commission. Avoid them at all costs!

This company shipped the product I ordered with inadequate protection to prevent damage. When I complained about the item being damaged, they issued a refund, sans shipping fees. I would have to reorder and pay shipping again. They refused to reimburse shipping and "could not guarantee" the replacement order would be packaged to protect from the same damage. Let that speak to you about their customer service acumen.

Amazing experience. Called on a Friday and found out they did not stock the exact enclosures I needed (20 pieces). Their customer service rep called the factory and arranged for drop shipment of the enclosures on Monday that delivered to us on Wednesday. We were able to modify to print and deliver to our customer by the end of that week. Fantastic service and very fair price and shipping charges. Highly recommended!!!

They say they would ship same day for orders before 12pm. I ordered ONE DAY before and they still said they will not be able to ship it the next day. Then I ask for cancellation and suddenly they say "oh, it may have been shipped already, we cannot cancel" all within the same minute. Predatory tactics, they caused me to pay double as they said it would not ship and confirmed that I have the right to cancel, I purchased another one from Amazon with free shipping while they charged me $30 for supposed to be overnight shipping but yet Amazon delivers even before they ship at all and then they say the opposite of what they just said and declined to cancel.

Their site said they had the 957DW+ in stock so I ordered it with air shipping to arrive within 3 days. I checked my account to see the order status a few hours later and it said it was On Order with a support agent not knowing when they would receive it. I asked to cancel, the agent said they'd do it. A few hours later, the $13 syringe of flux I ordered at the same time shipped, meaning the agent didn't cancel the order and I could no longer cancel it as one item had shipped. They later removed the rework station from my order but I got stuck with $35 shipping for 10cc of flux. I would not trust a site that tricks you into thinking an item is in stock and doesn't cancel an order after they say they will.

This is the first review I have taken the time to express. Buyer beware. This company lacks integrity. I bought a Takeuchi TL10 from them for $37K. I had several in depth conversations with the salesman regarding the shape the machine was in and the maintenance that had been completed when they received the machine in for a trade. I bought the machine site unseen because I live 1000 miles away. So I went by the integrity of the company. Lesson learned. They had promised me the machine had been thoroughly gone over and all fluids and filters replaced. None of which was true. Not only were they not replaced but the outer air filter was missing with an inner filter date of 2/06/14 (picture attached). The upper radiator hose had a leak. There were several other issues that also indicated that the unit was not looked over what so ever. From one business owner to another "take a some pride in the product you sell". Great businesses are built on integrity.
