Chris Jackson was such an awesome person to work with from start to finish. Very informative and so eager to help us with the whole process. From install to when they put in the bird guards he offered to come by to give me the reassurance that everything was done in a timely and efficient manner while I wasn’t home. Answered all my many questions to ensure there was no uncertainty. Will be definitely recommending him and Tempo Solar World to all my Hawaii friends that are relocating here to the ninth island. Mahalo!

DONT PURCHASE FROM TEMPO SOLAR WORLD!!!!! SCAM!!!! The push you hard to give a review once everything is set up. But I waited to make sure I got the full picture of the process. Yes everything’s great until after they install and leave. I have had the system for almost 1 year. I purchased extra panels so I could grow into the home for the future. Tell me why with the “extra panels” I have had an electrical bill every month still! I was told during the consultation. When the power goes out I would still have electricity from the solar panels. I mentioned this was very important because I work from home. Well power went out during work and they said well you don’t have the battery. I asked why? I paid 60k for solar and I have no battery? No resolution no communication when I brought it to their attention. Then it rained for the first time after my install. My roof started leaking water went through my electrical. Mind you I had a state inspector evaluate and document the roof with pictures before the install there was no holes. Than I provide a picture of the hole next to the solar panel and the documented inspection with pictures they sent someone out and still no resolution or communication. It’s been months……

We love our solar system. 18 days from signing to turned on and production. Can’t wait to see NV energy bill disappear. Communications with company is great. Follow up. And notification of when they are coming.

Absolutely outstanding experience with Joseph! From start to finish, he showed incredible patience. He took the time to answer all of our questions, no matter how big or small, without ever making us feel rushed or overwhelmed. He walked us through each step with clear explanations, ensuring we felt informed and confident about our new system. The entire experience was stress free, we did not have to do anything else after the initial meeting. Next thing we know, our system was up and running! We had our system installed last year and it has been working great with no problems so far. Both Bobby and Aggy are awesome to work with, they check in with us months after to make sure everything is doing well which shows how much they care. They go out of their way to make sure you understand the whole process (which was quick and easy) and even brought in a translator for my parents. They were patient, kind and helpful with every step and we are so glad that we chose to go with Tempo Solar. We recommend everyone to choose this company, you won’t be disappointed!

We talked with several solar companies and believed what Bobby, our sales representative, told us about the panels and system, and how it all works. We double checked the information he gave us, and it was correct. Bobby explained in detail their product and process from start to finish. Also, by using Tempo Solar we own the panels, and we are not leasing. We have had the system now for about a year. Everything is working well. We would highly recommend Tempo Solar World and our sales representative for anyone that is thinking about going solar. Everything that Bobby told us, happened. We are happy with the Solar Tempo.

They were also knowledgeable, and professional, and always made sure we were fully informed about every aspect of the installation process. Both Reps were patient with all of our questions, provided clear and honest answers, and truly made us feel confident in our decision to go solar. They give attention to detail and their commitment to customer satisfaction is evident throughout. We highly recommend most importantly they even promised to give us 1000$ for referring friends and we did . Bobby and Agnes were amazing! Entire process was pretty hassle free. They definitely made it easy on us. Would definitely recommend them if you’re thinking about going for solar. Don’t know much about the panels and the quality and all that but they seem to be doing a really good job so far and I’m about four months in
