Not only did they not give me what I was supposed to get. I bring in 6 huge, big blue bags. And somehow I only got less than what I normally would get when I bring in 2 little white bags. This place is a rip-off. I would not come here ever again. And I would not recommend anybody else coming here

My complaint at this place is the lady at the check out desk is pretty rude and is consistently rude each time I come. Not sure if it’s because I am not a Spanish speaker or what, but there is no reason to be as rude as she is. Plus she is always in her phone. Otherwise, everyone else is friendly.

Quick and easy. Bring gloves and wet wipes... The bins have been used a lot. Seperate before you go if you can as it will make it easier, your plastic, cans and glass. The staff are friendly and helpful. You get a receipt with the money.

I came in today and asked to speak with manager ernesto because I was confused about the weight. He looked at the cameras and sent me video of my visit which gave me closure so I could see the video of the scrap weight i sold. Turns out I was wrong but it was really nice to see ernesto take time to look at the cameras and call me back and explain eveything to a customer so i could understand. Great place to recycle.

Zero 0 stars. The older ladies in the office and their nephew are super disrespectful to the customers . I had an issue where the workers calculating my weigh in of my recyclables were distracted. When I expressed my concern if why full attention to my transaction wasn't given, when I waited just like everyone else. Then the workers especially the pink nephew started giving me attitude and brushing me off. Then I waited in line at the office and tried to tell his Aunts . They juststaired in to the distance and me attitude too.and started taking other customers instead of breaching the issue. And on top of that the cheated me on my money. Don't ever go here.
