He went above and beyond checking on the part availability at the distributor and with it in-stock drove there, picked it up and returned to install it. He was helpful in every way possible. Update - it's April 2025, its been 5 months since my install, ran into a leaking issue with my unit, Temp control continues to be PHENOMENAL, Mark responded to my service call within a couple of hours, quickly identified the problem, explained what needed to be done and how long it would take.

The Temp Control team are all professionals who take care of you from end to end. Eloy does an excellent job sizing up all of your needs and giving you a fair price. Even when unexpected things arise like an underground gas line that needed replacing or a thermostat wire that had a short in it, they were fair and quick to resolve them. Had a chance to meet David and Doug (both hands on owners) who stand behind their work and products and the office manager Scarlet, ensures all of the proper paperwork is filed with the manufacturer for warranty as well as the eScore program when appropriate. Great work, great communications throughout, very professional. This was my second system install with them and I feel very comfortable in rating them 5 stars. They do a lot of excellent work in and around our Brentwood neighborhood and would highly recommend them.
