Best customer service!!!
I had a patio fan for over one year and the oscillating motor went out. When we bought the fan, we were told that it had a lifetime warranty. So I called expecting the process to be difficult because I did not have the original receipt, the box, and we had had the fan for over a year. They were super friendly and looked up the receipt. They had the fan in stock and said that they would warranty it no problem. I walked in with the old fan and out with the new fan in less than five minutes. That’s how it should be done!

TEC Electric is a great showroom, and they do a great job of helping the customer find just the perfect light fixture or lamp for their residence. However, they do not repair lamps. I Googled Lamp Repair, Jonesboro, AR. and Google sent me to TEC Electric. The fault totally rest with Google, but if the reader desires to have a lamp repaired, rewired, etc., don't waste your time at TEC Electric.

I want to give a big shoutout to Brad Sawyer, Jonesboro Tech Lighting staff, for going above and beyond the call of duty to help a Sr citizen couple who is self quarantined. I needed some switch plates, a measly total cost of $5.59.
Brad came outside, to my husband in his vehicle, to take and process the order. Most stores have a minimum order to qualify for drive by pick up service.
Real customer service during this pandemic.
