Dr Miguel Dorantes is so incredibly unreasonable,as a new patient,he didnt even look at my chart,get to know me,or familiarize himself with my history before he flat out denied me what i need. He wouldent even have a conversation about it. I wasent theyer for pain medication or anything like that but these doctors are so much more concerned with protecting themselves from prosocution than they are upholding theyer oath and giving theyer patients the highest standard of care possible. All patients are not the same,we all have diffrent needs and diffrent reasons for those needs. The most messed up part about it is these doctors are the ones that created the prescription drug epidemic in this country. Honest people with real problems do not deserve to be treated.like we are seeking drugs when we are seriously desperately just seeking relief from what what torments us!!

Spent $200 to see a practitioner to get an ultrasound for follow up of abnormal mammogram and I had one form to fill out to release my records and they’ve lost it.
What a hassle. Now I have to visit in person to sign the form again. It cannot be done. Electronically. really … healthcare in America sucks.

We are so happy we found this place ❤️ this place is great everyone is super nice. It was hard finding an office that would take 2 moms seriously, luckily we came across Dr. Areolla and I am so glad we did. She listens to our concerns and is very organized its obvious she doesn't want to miss anything its really great to know we have a doctor who cares about her patients health. The people answering the phones and working out front are really great too everytime we come in they are kind and do what they can to help. This place really is awesome. Thank you to everyone we have had the pleasure of working with!

Dr Dorantes is awful!! He was very irritable at my appointment and said he could no longer help me with my disability because it was not a good image for him. He is not the patient and does not understand how one feels. He is very rude and has no compassion for patients. It also seems like he has no experience in treating certain disabilities like anxiety depression ptsd etc. stay away from this doctor and this clinic they are all the same. This clinic is garbage without dr Harrison 👑

There are some great physicians, nurse practitioners , and nurses at this clinic. All Patients are treated with respect regardless of race , age, religious belief, or income. Some staff members are fully bilingual for those who need a translator. I read a few negative reviews about this clinic, including specific physicians. It is impossible to make everyone happy 100% of the time. Sometimes people misunderstand others or perhaps take things the wrong way. Also, take into account the number of positive reviews as opposed to the negative reviews. Always check the number of reviews a reviewer has written. The higher the number, the better.

Everyone is friendly from the time you enter the receptionist greets us with a smile and the medical assistants are fabulous. Dr. Harrison always treats my parents with respect and educates them about preventative measures. We are so happy with our care.

I would have given them a 5 rating but the other day when my appointment was set, they refused to see me. I had called in because my appointment time passed so I called in. The lady who answered said they had an emergency but that I should be getting a call back . I said okay. 20 minutes still no call . 30 minutes to an hour went by. I called again. She did not check with the doctor and she told me the same thing. My appointment was at 1:30pm. I'm calling through out the day and they keep telling me the same thing. So when I called last time which was at 5:15pm and she said dr. called and I told her my phone never rang. All she said was we could reschedule but til the end of the month. Long story short, I hung up on her and found another Dr. They lost about 15 to 20 patients that day because of the response I got from them.
