Three years ago before Covid I had put a down payment for Tesla Batteries. Two years later and a lot of excuses Ed Costas installs two batteries from a now defunct company called Electirc power. For over 6 months the battery did not work and they were trying to figure out what to do to make the battery work with the app that controlled it...even though the company went belly up. So I felt like they were trying to figure it out. I felt badly about the situation and hoped it could be resolved quickly. In December of 2024 the batteries just quit working. The company came out and told me that they were going to replace it with two new Tesla Batteries. For the last two and a half months I have been trying to get them to install the promised Tesla replacements but now everyone at Synergy has gone silent. Now I have to hire an attorney and put the word out not to use Synergy 768.

It is easy to get someone like Synergy 768 to take your money but when things don't work out in their favor, they will not stand behind the contract or their work... That is when you see who they really are. Buyer beware. Ed Costas comes across at a really nice guy with a lot of promises... but that is a facade. Be careful out there.
