Huge THANK YOU to Mark at Synergy Power. So kind and helpful. We knew we wanted to get solar BUT.... we were so worried about going with the wrong company. We've heard more bad than good about most companies. We knew solar was worth it but only if you're going with a company that cares more about there reputation. Mark never made us feel rushed or unheard. We wanted to put the solar on the back of our home but didn't think we could because of our two large trees that shaded most of our roof. We were fortunate enough to go with a company that listened to our concerns and wants. They not only trimmed back our trees for us but they also removed the old solar water heater system that's been up there since we bought our house. Incredible company all around. I will let everyone know just how great their customer service is. Thank you all

I wouldn't recommend getting solar from Synergy. The process might be smooth but the benefits are non-existent. We are paying more on our electricity bill than before plus and on top of that we are paying monthly for the panels. We have a partial array that doesn't cover our entire energy intake. If you are going with Synergy I would suggest you try to get enough panels to cover your entire energy usage. Maybe you'll see benefits there.

More about Synergy, we've had the panels for a year now. Looking back on conversations with the sales rep and others in the company I just feel like we were lied to about the benefits we would see. I also feel like it's partially SRP's fault, since we have a partial array I don't think it's fair that we get hit by the monthly solar fee of $30ish dollars. It's obsurd.

Their track record speaks for itself with 10 years of satisfaction and numerous successful installations they really eased my worries and helped me accesses savings I never knew existed this year

Super happy with my new system !!!! The whole process went really smooth from beginning to end. From the original appointment and consultation to the permits and eventually the install, they always were friendly, honest, and professional. Special thanks to Mark for making the credit thing work and being so patient with my work schedule. I'm now saving about 50% from what I was paying APS before. Definitely 5 stars and I'll be referring some friends and family !!!!
