Most of the people working there are personable. One guy ruins it all, this heavy guy at the gate to the back. Very rude. He's new and acts like the he's the gatekeeper to the whole kingdom. I doubt even the owner of the company would act like this guy does toward paying customers. I shop anywhere else when I can now.

Called 6 times and then was put on hold for 6.5 minutes. Called back 3 times and the guy answered and didn’t say he was sorry, then told me I was yelling at him. I desperately needed this material. Do yourselves a favor, go to Gulf Shores Builders or Ford lumber. At least they seem to want to there working!
Unfriendly-Don’t like to answer the phone-Seemed put out to deal with anyone!!!

Went to buy some primed trim, clerk said it was only sold in 16 ft length. I needed 8’ that fit safely in my vehicle (Outback), clerk said they couldn’t cut wood and suggested that perhaps if I had a cordless saw like contractors carry I could cut it but they didn’t do that. Guess the do-it-yourself guy should head for the Lowe’s or Home Depot instead of stopping at Swift...

Customer service is poor. The guys in the lumber yard seem to ignore customers and the lady up front didn’t and was snooty to me when I mentioned it and acted like I was crazy for wanting help. This has happened on many occasions so now I bypass this place and go to Gulf Shores Builders Supply where they care.
