Solar installation projects involve many details that to the first timer can seem overwhelming. It was my good fortune to work with Dylan and his colleagues at Sustainable Solution Advisors who provided exemplary help in designing the array, specifying the panels, arranging the loan company, and insuring quality and timely installation. Dylan answered every question I had during the process with detail and patience. After 6 months, my 14 panel unit is meeting all production predictions. IF the federal and state of Illinois incentive programs materialize as projected, then the system will pay for itself in 70 months. At this point, I could not be more satisfied.

We got solar installed April 2023. The guys at sustainable solutions were so knowledgeable and helped us totally understand the process. They spent a lot of time answering all of our questions. They checked in on us often through the process and we have loved getting $11 bills from ameren! Solar panels are a great product and sustainable solutions is an honest and trustworthy company.

Amazing company! Easy to work with and very customer centered! Dylan was always reachable and responded to every question regarding the system installation, trouble shooting anything after installation, and continuing to see the incentives through the other his network of contacts.
