Great bunch of guys and great inventory of cruisers. They helped me figure out what i was looking for based on my intentions. They gave me a good deal, pro military. Delivered the bike assembled to our home, and even made another house call a week later to dial the bike in. Bought a Sun trike for my wife so she could take our doggies along for our rides. It came with a granny basket, but I made a flat deck with cleats for it to carry our dog kennel. Check her out, boys... added a vintage-style hooded bullet lamp, rear view mirror, and a "King of Ding" bell. Thanks again. We love it.

A shout out to Eddie and Doug for helping me on July 19. I met friends at Barnegat Light State Park for a morning ride. The handlebar computer on my Specialized Vado 4.0 ST, which I just purchased on June 19, would not turn on. I called Surf Buggy to see if they could help me out. They graciously did so even though I did not purchase it from them. They checked everything out and were able to do a computer update. Also, they offered to drop the bike off at my house so I did not have to wait around. They said I could return anytime for further assistance. They certainly made my day!

Shout out to Eddie who fixed my broken gear shift very efficiently so that I did not miss any biking while on vacation on LBI. Eddie also fixed a squeaking brake that a previous bike shop had not been able to fix. The price was reasonable for the repairs. Would definitely recommend this shop. Fantastic customer service!

I had a friend who owns a Specialized bike. We started a ride out of the State park in Barnegat Light. When she turned her ebike on it failed to turn on! In the long run she took to your store Surf Buggy Bike Shop. In a very short time you were able to do a computer update and her problem was solved! Than you so very much for taking care of the bike that she purchased from another Specialized dealership. It made her feel so good that she could come back if any problems she migqht encounter! 😊

I bought a topeak bike seat at Christmas time for my daughter (looking forward to spring) but the rack didn’t fit my beach cruiser. I called and they were so nice on the phone. I just went today to get my rack put on! They had it done when I went back an hour later, they were reasonably priced, and they helped me get my bike in and out of my husband’s truck. We will never forget our post wedding bike ride from our ceremony to our reception on a bike for two; Surf Buggy made this possible for us. They were so accommodating and made renting a breeze. Even the day after the wedding when we had to change the pick up, and we called their shop a tad hung over and frazzled- they said they would take care of everything and not to worry about the decorations we had left on it. We would recommend them hands down for all or any rental needs, and to all of the brides and grooms out there a bike ride for two is the perfect touch to your wedding- trust us!

Really great service here today. I got a flat 10 miles into my between Barnegat Light and Love ladies ride. I was close to my truck doing the circle so put my bike in my truck down to Surf City. I was half expected the old "pandemic attitude" that you get at so many places now ( I actually dread going places and spending money now just cause of all the hassle) but they were very friendly and assisted me immediately.
I just had this rear tire flat fixed a few weeks ago at the other bike shop and wanted the Gator Treads. They did not have them at the other place, but Surf Buggy Bike Shop had the Gator Treads there. Doug was able to get my new tires on and a new tube ---had me back on the road in 5 minutes. Very professional. I was able to finish the rest of my ride ending to a great day! Thanks for being there, I really appreciated it. I will give you a call within the next week and check on that GT on order.

* Wanted to add I went back today to have the GatorHarshell put on my bike.The shop ordered them for me and immediately installed them upon my arrival. I can't say enough good things about this shop. They really go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. Thanks again!! I had a great ride today!
