SUNTRIA is a scam.
Sales guy promised me that the solar panels would end my electricity bills. That was a lie. I am still getting electric bills that are still similar to before solar. So now I’m paying electricity bills AND on a 38000 predatory loan (that the sales rep set me up through) I have paid on that loan for 18 months and come to find out, it’s now HIGHER than the original loan amount. And also apparently my monthly payment is about to go up on that as well.
The sales guy also promised a generac which is what made me think “ok 38k is a good deal for the supposed good solar deal AND a generator) That never came through either
I tried to have SUNTRIA do right by what their sales guy promised and they said they weren’t going to do anything about it.
this is NOT what I agreed to. And SUNTRIA couldn’t care less that I got screwed over.
Do NOT trust anything their scam sales people promise you. The sales people will say anything and paint a pretty picture to make you sign on a predatory loan just so they can get their money. Then they disappear. And the SUNTRIA company doesn’t back up anything their sales people say.
