Suntegrity installed the panels on our home in Windsor in 2014. We had one electric car and no AC. We then got a second EV and eventually got AC, so we added panels. Recently we moved to Healdsburg and just had panels put on our new home. Suntegrity staff is very reliable, efficient and trustworthy. We’ve had them troubleshoot problems that may have occurred. We’ve never had any issues with the panels. We’ve been very happy with these decisions.

The installation and education we received was excellent. Every word they gave they acted on and achieved. The installation was fast and professional. We had become "orphaned" as our previous solar contractor is no longer in business and our system was aging out. Suntegrity provided us with a new system and they have followed through with problems we had with PG&E in hooking our system up to their grid owing to a needed transformer upgrade. Suntegrity kept up with PG&E and and kept us informed as well. We are VERY happy customers and would recommend them, just as they were recommended to us by previous happy customers.

Owning a residential architectural firm in the area, we have had the pleasure of working with this company several times over the years (always great service and knowledge) and they have become our go-to solar company for all of our Northbay clients. I have also just completed a solar installation project on my own home with Suntegrity and could not have been more impressed from the clients' perspective as well. They were the last subcontractor on my long remodel project and easily the best... from initial discussions and information from Keith, to scheduling with Jeremy, paperwork and details with Dawn and final install with Colby, Calvin and crew... I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. To a person, they are knowledgeable, friendly and efficient... communication skills second to none.

My initial interactions during the contract signing with Suntegrity were good. They were professional, knowledgeable, & experienced. The 5 star reviews are likely deserved if it's a straightforward contract signing and installation. Our was a more complicated situation. There were some issues that arose. I did not feel the company was particularly understanding or supportive. With the final issue, a friendly phone call instead of a terse email would have probably gone a long ways towards resolving the situation amicably. Instead it led to a situation where we parted ways agreeing to disagree. I will give them the benefit of the doubt and call it 3 star service.

Regarding Suntegrity's Response: From the very beginning, our discussions with Keith and our reason for entering into a contract was to get in under the NEM 2.0 program deadline and not for an immediate install of the system. Keith very clearly told us we would have 3 years to choose to install the system or not and that if we did not, all we would be out would be our deposit. We were in contract to purchase a house from a spec builder if/when completed per agreed upon specifications, but as anyone in the business knows, until you close escrow nothing is final. The issue is not whether we backed out of the contract with the home builder (which in itself is not accurate and Keith himself states the reasons are unknow to him) but the service and support Suntegrity provided. I sent Keith a detailed email with supporting documentation outlining where I thought Suntegrity fell short and whether all the time he claims spent was immediately necessary or efficient when no decision had or could be made to install the system if and until we owned the house. He responded with "Instead of belaboring these points, let’s just agree to disagree and move on", I'm not sure what type of review Keith expects in this situation.

As a contractor and homeowner, I appreciate honesty and straightforwardness. No company or its employees are perfect and ones that claim to be are suspect. At no point did anyone at Suntegrity give me the feeling that my needs were not important or heard - that is value to me.
My Suntegrity ground mount system needed to be incorporated with an existing system installed 15 years ago. Some companies would decline to take on such a project, preferring to only do what they are comfortable with. Suntegrity was flexible and willing to work with me as I'm someone who is very hands on. We worked together as a team due to some previous underground work I did to match existing work due to the 2017 Fires. From the initial contact, contract review, option review, pre-installation, on-site installation, and follow-up, I've been thoroughly impressed with each person I worked with.
Thank you Alan, Mark, Keith, Jeremy and Dawn for your help. I want to especially thank the entire Suntegrity installation team. In fact, on the last installation day at the site, I remarked to the departing crew how much I appreciated their professionalism. To the installation team: I was watching and your actions affirmed I had chosen the right company to work with.

I've heard so many nightmares about solar companies. We spoke to several and decided to go with Suntegrity and I'm so glad we did! Everything went so smooth. Initial meeting was great and we learned a lot. They were able to figure out how many panels we needed based on our usage and future plans for a hot tub or electric car. They did all the paperwork for PG&E and dealt with the permit process. We paid for a portion of the solar with a loan and Dawn knew everything the bank would need and sent it over in one email so the loan process was a breeze. Install and set up was quick and easy. They went over how to use the app to monitor the system. We haven't had one single problem through the whole process. These people really know what they are doing and they have an amazing team behind them!

We interviewed and researched six companies and decided on Suntegrity; we are incredibly happy with our choice. They just might be the absolute best solar company to work with.
