Just stayed there last week with another couple. This property has a new management company and they’re doing a fantastic job. I really appreciate all the effort. I love the pool. I love how close it was to the beach and that security was present in the parking lot while we were Coming and going from our condo. We really appreciate that.

We loved the Sunswept #207. It had everything we needed, very close to beach, stores, restaurants St.Park. It was clean & comfortable. The mattresses, couch and chairs were comfy, nice linens, wonderful water pressure with rain shower heads, great appliances, 3 tvs were easy to use, ample storage space and closet space, pool is wonderful but not heated. The beach area was perfect as it was flat and easy to walk and body board. Lots of shells too. Yes it’s an older building and there a few cosmetic downsides, but these were minor. We watched the Mardi Gras parades right in front of the condo. The big thing we would change is to make the windows openable. We love to hear the surf at night and first thing in the morning but the windows in the master bedroom are sealed shut. The parking was spacious. We’d recommend this to anyone wanting a great stay in Orange Beach!

What a gift Sherry is! We had an urgent need and she was so quick to help. The stay was just what our family needed, and the condos suited our needs perfectly. The views of the gulf were amazing and the friendly staff taking care of the pool each morning was a warm welcome to the day. We felt safe and cared for the entire week. We'll definitely look here again when we return.

We stayed for 4 days 3 nights. In Room 508 the Room was In good shape but a little dated, oceanfront view, Private balcony 3 bedroom 3 bath. Beautiful views it was great waking up to the sound of ocean every morning. It was nice and clean. Private pool and private beach access also i.e. Place to wash off your feet are to take an outside shower. Would go back and would recommend this place.

We had an amazing view from our balcony and no major issues for the duration of our stay. We didn't spend a lot of time in the room, we used it as a resting point post beach and/or outings.
When we went to make coffee the first several coffee mugs in the cabinet were dirty and caked with what looked like coffee grounds on the inside. The reservoir for the coffee pot also had coffee grounds inside it. Other than that we had zero issues.

Unit 702 was overpriced. Needs updating and cleaned. Floors and baseboards dirty and cabinets need to be painted since paint is coming off. Bathrooms are dated and over all condo is very small. Balcony is very small but nice view. Very disappointed overall because description on booking site is misleading as are pictures. The main issue is half of the electrical outlets are not working and alarm on plug in bathroom kept going off when we used a hair dryer. There is definitely an electrical issue which is scary staying on 7th floor. Won’t stay again.

Unit #702 was ok. The decor and furnishings were pretty and the master bed was super comfy.
However, the description and pictures were misleading as the condo is pretty outdated & much smaller than we thought it'd be. It wasn't the cleanest either- dusty/dirty baseboards, corners, curtains etc. Kitchen cabinets were sticky and had peeling paint. There was a used patch of some sort on our dresser in the bedroom. I can only hope it was a nicotine patch since I picked it up before realizing what it was...
None of those things were even a deal breaker initially, but the trash that stayed in some of the surrounding units ruined our stay. There were a couple groups who were super loud and did nothing but smoke cigarettes and weed while their 10 kids (literally) hung around at the pool screaming and yelling obnoxiously until late at night. Every time we tried to go out on our balcony, the smoke smells sent us back inside. We actually left the night before we were suppose to check out because it was starting to feel like we were at a cheap motel. Yuck

Alot of improvements have been made since last yr. Building has been painted, pool area clean. We enjoying staying here each Spring.
