While already working on my roof, I asked him how much would he charge me for him to put spikes on top of my chimney and he told me that he don't have any spikes on hand but if I go grab some spikes from Homedepot, he'll install them for free.

The guy did an awesome job cleaning my roof, gutters and solar panels too. I had him install the mesh on the solar panels and I have to say, for the last few weeks now I haven't had to wake up to pigeon flapping around my roof top.

When I called Jose, I was desperately searching for someone trustworthy and reliable to fix our pigeon problem. Two months prior, I hired someone to remove 2 pigeon nests under our solar panels and bird proof around the panels. When the pigeons returned with a few weeks later I called multiple time with no luck. I was completely ghosted. My neighbor had used Sunshiner and highly recommended Jose! Jose is such a professional. He was quick to respond and followed up. Others would have charged me a lot more based on how desperate I sounded, but not Jose. He did not take advantage of the situation and was very reasonable with the price. He removed the extremely poor job done by the other company before he installed the pigeon control the correct way. Jose provided so many pictures of the work: photos of the prior poor job, complete removal of the prior work, removal of the nests that the other company was supposed to have done, and pictures after the new install. There were so many pictures to assure someone like me who had previously been scammed to feel safe again. His work is extremely neat. About 2 weeks after Jose completed his work, the Bay Area was slammed with multiple storms and intense wind. Jose came to check on the work! To make sure nothing was loose or blown away by the crazy wind!! Thank you Jose for your professional quality service, quality work, and follow up. You are amazing!

They came out put up bird net around my solar panel to help me get rid of the bird issues. He also washed my solar panel a few days after the bird net so the birds wouldn’t scratch the nets.
We also scheduled him to come back and wash our panels.

I had reached out to various companies and received quotes. We had selected a company, but after they visited our home found that it was a bit more complex. So that didn't go well.

We actually found Jose while walking our dog around the block. He had a few minutes to spare and drove to our house to scope the job. After quickly looking at it, he understood what the complexities were and assured us this was something he can do. I had tons of questions, in which he had all the answers.

Due to complexity of where are solar panels were located it was initially scoped as a 2 day job, but he was able to complete it in one day. Our panels are now clean in time to soak up all the sun for the summer. He was also able to put bird abatement around our panels so birds (pigeons specifically) would not nest under it which was a huge problem for us. The materials used were good quality.

The company also does routine scheduled maintenance cleaning at a reasonable price.

Very responsive, timely, hard working, reasonable price and great person/company.

Jose did a great job birdproofing my solar panels. He is polite, trustworthy, and easy to do business with. He cleaned my solar panels very well too. Jose also took a lot of pictures of my solar panels before and after to show me what it looks like. I would highly recommend him!
