Can I give SUN RUN less than one star?

I regret not going with SOLAR CITY on a daily basis. Had a great sales rep that sold me panels and I unfortunately went with the cheaper quote.

My sales rep rushed the installation to be complete by end of February, I was told I would be contacted within one weeks time and my power would be up and running.

All communication since this period of time has been lost. It is now April 20th, nearly 2 months after installation, and I have not received an update about my panels and they are not functional.

Occasionally people come by, and check up on my roof, "I think its a missing wire!" and yet no updates. I call SUN RUN, "we're waiting on your electrical company," meanwhile I have people on my roof telling me my panels are not functional.

I have no idea what is going on, there is no communication between the company and myself. In addition, I went online and found out I was being billed and that my total cost of the panels were 3 weeks past the deadline. I called SUNRUN to ask why this did not go through their finance company and was informed, "don't worry, this won't affect your credit." Rookie moves. If you read the most recent SUN RUN reviews, all of which are 1 and 2 stars.

I would highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs.
