Sunriver Roofing installed my roof and I am so pleased with the quality of their work. Working with the company and everyone involved was a pleasant experience. I appreciated the thorough and timely communication and keeping me in the loop from start to finish. The crew on the job was polite, respectful, friendly and communicative. I was quite impressed as I observed how hard-working and detail oriented everyone was on the job. I learned so much about the roofing material used and appreciate their honesty and taking the time to educate me. I felt reassured and confident I picked the right company for my new roof. I have absolutely no reservation but to recommend Sunriver Roofing. They are awesome.

We recommend you don't do any business with SunRiver roofing or solar. We accept that misunderstandings or mistakes are sometimes made; what matters is how people show up to the resolution. We had a horrible experience with them and are still trying to resolve their negligence. They removed our roof fire sprinkler system and replaced it incorrectly (and in a way that is damaging to the roof), broke several lighting fixtures on the ground, extensively damaged 2 Japanese maples, and failed to register our roof for warranty (which we were very fortunate we were able to rectify through another roofing company).
But the worst and most violating issue was the project manager's failure to include the flat sections of roof on our main house in the contract. After spending over $85,000 roofing living spaces, storage sheds and a barn (11 structures in total) we ended up with 2 small sections of flat roof on the main house that weren't addressed at all (not listed as exclusions in the contract either) and failed with the first rains. Sunriver has done nothing to correct these issues. We've chased them and also had to have GAF (shingle manufacturer) go after them for the warranty to be issued. Sunriver's response has been to fire the roofing manager (who signed us on and managed the project) and ghosting us. We are pursuing legal action against Sunriver, a shockingly unprofessional company when things don't go according to plan.
