It's rare to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers and follows through so efficiently. I'm very impressed with the support and care I received, and my solar system is now working perfectly again. Highly recommend Sunlogix for anyone looking for reliable and responsive solar service!

Though they have some very lovely ratings, the truth is you are not buying from Sunlogix but rather from Sunova, whose ratings are less than stellar. Look them up and read the them. One would think that if you're buying from a particular company, that it would be their sales team doing the selling. That is not the case. We were sold, by recommendation, by a lovely-looking and charismatic woman named Sandra. That's not who you are really buying from. My best recommendation is to have a lawyer with you to read all of the fine print. As slick as the team of salespeople are, be wary. Not to be trusted. Just another disappointment in sincerity and honesty to add to my list.

From start to finish, the team at Sunlogix has been incredibly professional, and provided us with a fantastic system that cost less than their competitors quoted to install.

Every step of the process was incredibly thorough - starting with Ken, who came out to our property in Idyllwild and spent an hour discussing our situation to get a better idea of what we needed. There was no pressure, just a conversation about what was possible which was quickly followed up with a quote.

The torch was then passed to to Jordan, a project manager who was both physically involved in the installation / programming of the system, and provided an incredibly high-level of customer service throughout the project (and beyond). He's really good at breaking down highly technical concepts - and worked hard from early morning till night, including weekends. Jordan even risked his life over a weekend to install a "critter guard" to keep squirrels and birds out from under the panels - balancing on a ledge with a 50-foot drop, at times upside-down, without damaging the roof.

Post-installation, he's been working with us to dial in the best 'discharge profile' to maximize the efficiency of our battery backup while providing an appropriate level of emergency reserve for the frequent power outages up here.

Our installation posed several challenges - from a steeply pitched roof, to a steep driveway, to having to drive an hour each way for the job. The installers were hard working, professional, and paid close attention to detail. At the end of each day, lead installer Nick took the time to explain what they had accomplished & laid out the plan for the next day. The entire operation went smoothly, notwithstanding a minor hiccup which was promptly addressed by Ken and Jordan in a manner that far exceeded my expectations.

Gavin, the Sunlogix electrician, did such a clean job wiring our new breaker panel that the inspector from SoCal Edison asked if he was subcontracted, as his work was above and beyond what they typically see from solar companies. The Riverside County inspector said the entire system was one of the cleanest installations he'd ever seen.

Permitting and dealing with SCE / Riverside County was handled completely by the Sunlogix back office, and they couldn't have made it easier.

And finally, at the end of the project Ken and Jordan drove the hour back up the mountain on a Sunday to walk us through the installation and make sure we were 100% satisfied. These guys are completely dedicated to their customers.

I'm grateful to have Solar and feel much more relaxed about using electricity; however, I am still disappointed and not satisfied with the treatment and work done by Sunlogix. The 3 main people I communicated with at Sunlogix were friendly and seemed as if they had my best interest at heart; however the communication was lacking within their company and with me which caused delays and more work for me to contact the county re the hold up in the process of my plans being approved and the installation. Some panels were installed 2 months later than initially agreed upon and others 4 months later without warning (he just showed up). I started this process in March 2023 and still I am not complete. My walk in tub, Bidet toilet, Kangen water machine, refrigerator... blew out with the numerous surges due to a bad neutral bar in my panel which was not replaced prior to the panels being installed. The sales lady had me calling Edison, again having me do work only to find out the problem was not their fault. Then Sunlogix came and replaced the neutral bar, leaving me to deal with the repairs of the aforementioned. Then I discovered screws that came thru my living room ceiling that were not put into the beams; they came and took them out, but when it rained I now see water damage in that area. Sunlogix continues to ignore my letters, messages, calls... I have paid them over $21,000, put in a claim with The State License Board and still I am stuck.

Our solar panels stopped generating energy and sending power to our locla power company. I got Sunlogix's name from a friend. I called and they sent a technician out. He fixed the issue in less than an hour. Silvestre Prado - thank you for doing such a great job. You were knowledgeable, polite, and patient in explaining the situation to us. Excellent job Silvestre and great job Sunlogix.

If you’re thinking of going solar, I would recommend SunLogix. I did and am happy with the result. My system is quite recent so I don’t know if it’s producing as much as it should, but time will tell and SunLogix provided an amount guarantee.
My first experience was with Caitlyn Kelly, one of their Energy Consultants. She went over the details with me, including going through the contract they wanted me to sign. She was open to negotiating the few details I had questions about.
The most important item we changed was the time of the final payment. Normally this is when construction is complete, BUT that doesn’t mean you can suddenly start producing electricity. You still need to get Permission To Operate (PTO) from the electric company. This involves inspections and steps by the company, the city, and the electric company. Each one of these can be slowed down, get lost in the shuffle, etc. And unless you stay on top of it, you don’t know what’s going on.
Caitlyn and I initially negotiated changing my final payment from Construction Complete to PTO. This avoided what would have been my complete frustration at having fully paid for a system that did nothing for me for more than a month as I waited for PTO. The delay couldn’t be blamed on SunLogix, but I would have felt very annoyed anyway.
Being able to negotiate several minor items up front, having time responsiveness to questions that came up, and feeling “they’re on my side” all made me happy that I chose SunLogix.
