80 panel ground mount system designed and installed 7 years ago has performed flawlessly with only 2 days without power! Have not seen any degradation of yearly production of 44 thousand kWh. Most companies wouldn’t even quote a ground installation. Our system constantly overproduces more power than we use so we added a casita and a pool heat pump and still sold surplus power to the grid. Glad we used Sun Valley as the other companies that quoted our system are out of business.

Highly recommend Sun Valley Solar, from the start our sales rep was knowledgeable and very honest about different options available and the corresponding pricing with no pressure. We did a lot of research before we contacted them and couldn’t be happier about our choice. Their whole team from project manager to the installers were very professional. We added a battery system with our panels so this was a big decision financially and Sun Valley Solar made it a great decision.

I strongly advise against using Sun Valley Solar Solutions. Not only did they fail to install the solar panels correctly, but they also refused to honor the warranty when problems arose. When our roof started leaking, they conveniently blamed the issue on our roof being "installed incorrectly" and claimed we needed a new one—even though our roof is only 9 years old and in otherwise great condition.

Their lack of accountability and refusal to stand by their work is unacceptable. I wouldn’t trust this company, and I hope others think twice before giving them their business.

Just completed the next stage of our Tesla Power Wall project. The installation crew of Sun Valley Solar completed the installation in just a few hours and did a terrific job. Can’t wait for city inspection to be competitive and get this working for us.

This is the worst Company to deal with. I have had nothing but problems with them since the onset of the installation of my Solar. Of late one of my micro inverters fell off from the panel. They sent a tech out which I paid $260.00 to fix. He strapped it back in place with plastic straps rather than gluing it as it should have been. I held back on paying them. After talking to Alex he said if I paid the bill they would now send someone out to fix it correctly. Well I paid the bill, e mailed and text Alex numerous times and sent them and no response. Now I’ll send turn them into the BBB and any other organization for me to get what I was promised. Never hire this company!!!!!!

Here’s the problem. We bought and paid for a full solar system. Twice now we’ve had inverter problems, under WARRANTY. They first time to check it they charged over $200 for warranty to come check it. For months before this I kept calling and the person on the phone said it was “normal to have a blank screen “ it wasn’t until I insisted that they come out and found out that it was indeed broken. Then they “ordered a new inverter. Months go by with nothing. Finally, I let them know I was filing complaint with AZ Corporation Commission and they installed a TEMPORARY inverter (why wasn’t this done initially, I don’t know?), another 2 months passes and inverter is installed.
Now a year and 3 months later inverter out again, to come check it they want over $500 !
I’m not sure what is going on with Sun Valley Solar. A former complaint is being filed today with all the timelines and emails.

Sun Valley Solar Solutions team has many layers designed to complete inspections for electrical capabilitiy, battery location, solar panel layout design and location/placement for the equipment. They own the install. This multistep process is not outsourced. A project manager is assigned and communication is outstanding. Their product is top of the line. I went with 2 Tesla batteries 42A, 26 Silfab panels 370 HC, Enphase IQ8Plus-72-2-US inverter.
Every effort is taken to protect the roof and panels. I give the entire team top recommendations with a special shout out to Adrianne, Bill and Doug.

I wish I could give more than five stars. Our solar installation was done by a company that was a constant frustration and provided very poor follow-up service before it went bankrupt. The next provided poor service and so we tried a third that started well but also went bankrupt. So, we finally found Sun Valley Solar Solutions and they have been awesome! I write this to specifically recognize and praise their customer service rep, Regina Buenviaje and their tech, Alec Lilly. Without providing a lot of details, each has gone well above and beyond to help us through a couple of very stressful and difficult problems. I can't say how much we appreciate their support and expertise. They are each outstanding in both their caring and concern and I hope that they are recognized for their excellent customer service. I might also add that quotes for system upgrades came in significantly less than former companies.
